Very good location, nice breakfast, friendly staff. Clean and comfortable room with all you need for a good night rest

Parking situation is awful. There is a private parking lot nearby, but it was full the 2 times we tried. Parking on the street is impossible as there are no free spaces. The ladies at the checkin desk provided a few parking places, 10-15 minutes by foot, but for 2 of them you have to leave the car key with them, and the third one is quite expensive( we paid 18 eur and 22 eur for parking from 20 till 11 for 2 different nights). There are 2 available parking places in front of the hotel, they mentioned the spaces are only for check in/ check out, but they were both full the second day, with the mention the drivers have parked just for breakfast and they leave, but they were parked from the night before. So maybe these are not for all the guests but only for some.

Hotel was in good location, it is walking distance to all popular areas. Most convinient part was it was 50 meter away from underground car parkimg garage. Car parking charge 14€ per day. If you stay more than 2 days and you want in and out with your car you pay some money at the begining they stamp your ticket and you can use your car during your stay to go to mall etc. Hotel staf was very poite Despoiqa at the Reception was very helpfull and infornative, Sofia at the breakfast was very kind and attantive. Also Georgian lady at the housekeeping was very polite and helpfull. Few things i was not happy about was the design of the bathroom area, toilet and shower area was sepetate and handwash sink was looking towards to bed. There is not much privacy while you are cleaning your troat after brushing teeth because, handwash sink is in the room. Or if you go to toilet in the middle of the night because of glass door entire room is lighting up and awakes your partner. There is enough space to build both shower and toilet in same place with light proof door but i guess just to be different architec devided to build like this. Interior designer should stay one night there to understand. Overall stay was satisfying, would i stay there again yes but it deserves lover price than we paid. Thank you.

The hotel is very small, situated on two floors I think, although there is a 24/7 reception (also very small). The design is interesting and kind of hipster. There is a lift for an easy access. The place is clean. The staff is polite and very helpful. Probably because of the low price, my room faced the back yard, which wasn't very pleasant but as a whole not a big issue. I recommend discussing the location of the room beforehand. The hotel is not at the top center, but you are there with a pleasant 5-minute walk. It is quiet. You can find a lot of restaurants, shops and groceries nearby. On the same street there is a car park where you can have a discount as a hotel's guest. For a SUV I paid 18 euro for 24 hours stay. If you are with a car just go to the parking Thermaikos and mention that you are hotel's guest. The breakfast is a menu of 3 types of breakfast or you can compile it yourself, but the food is just amazingly delicious, top quality and carefully selected. I also like the long breakfast hours. If you like this kind of a hotel - with a personal touch but not staying as an anonymous guest, this is your place.

The location was perfect, very clous to the city center, the staff was very helpfull, especially the girl with blond hair (I do not know the name). She was very helpfull with all the question we made, she recommendet places to eat and try food and sweets in Thesaloniki and every recommandation was perfect choice.

The bathroom was very very small and having difficulty to move or close the door. Breakfast is not open buffet, there were three menu you can choose and also do your oun combinnation but somehow limited and we would prefer open buffet. One thing I did not expect was regarding the parking for which I got the recommandation from the hotel and it was 2 min from the hotel, but for me it was unknown that I should live the car key to them when I park the car and I did not like this becaue I felt somehow unsecured to leave my car key and I should have been told by the hotel in advance for this. Parking was private and not owned by the hotel but anyhow as I got the recommandation from the hotel I would prefer to have also this information in advance and to make my decision.

I liked everything. Nicely styled room. Clean sheets comfortable bed. Plumbing worked well, no smells, plenty of hot water. The breakfast was tasty. Mainly greek food, but thats a positive when im on vacation in Greece. Friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely make this hotel my first choice if i go back to Thessalonika. Tips. No need to take taxi from airport. Just get bus to town centre, and follow the bus in on google. A stop is about 100m from hotel. I ate at kalouna restaurant nearby both nights. Great! Probably best to eat early ... Its popular. Its a short stroll from waterfront. History fans should check to see if the ww2 fletcher class destroyer museum ship is open

I liked everything.

the hotel is nicely located in what i thought was a calm street (but it was quite noisy at night, even loud music at 1am on one night...). the room was modern and cozy, very clean, with a balcony, it had a kettle (plus points for that!) and a separate toilet (shower was a stand alone and the sink was in the open room). i must say the breakfasts were amazing, full of greek specialties (spinach pie, vanilla pie, cheese pie, greek yogurt, fruit, coffee, etc) and the staff were also very nice.

there was a lot of noise in the hall (my room was just accross the elevator), people banging doors, maybe a small poster advising people to keep their noise down would help, since the doors are thin and everything can be heard.

This was a transit booking of one night. We loved the hotel and wished we could stay longer. They helped with reserving a parking spot in a paid parking very close. Breakfast was very tasty. Our room was quiet, which is rare for city centers. I regret not asking the name of the beautiful blond young lady at reception, so I could mention her. She was so positive, so friendly and helpful. She gave us a few recommendation of places to eat and explained about the area. People like her are making everyone feel so welcome. Thank you!

What was there not to like? The hotel is located ideally, it was very clean and we loved the breakfast area. The breakfast is not buffet style, but it probably helps with the type of space they have (you can just sit and enjoy, there is not a lot of traffic of people standing up and going for endless refills) and reduce waste. Also, we asked for a few extra things like more butter and a second coffee/juice and there was no problem at all.

The hotel is conveniently located very close to the Ladadika district. My room was equipped with a well-working air-condition, which was crucial during the heat wave. The staff was very helpful. Free, stable, good quality wifi connection was available.

The room was not equipped with any locker. Though it was a double one, it would be too small for two people for a longer stay. The sink was not located in the bathroom, but was a part of the room, which was inconvenient (difficult to use when the other person is still sleeping). The breakfast menu was a bit limited and did not change.

I stayed there for two nights for a little bit of sightseeing and stuff. It's located in a side lane and there is a parking garage a few meters up the street (valet parking, it's paid by the hotel but you have to tell them!). You can walk by foot to basically every point of interest in Thessaloniki - at least I did, 'cause I like to walk. The harbour / waterfront is about 15 minutes away, the Ladadika bar and nightlife district, too. The hotel serves breakfast "on order" (you get a sheet where you can chose from a veriety of things), and you can have as much as you like. The rooms are nicely decorated, with a modern vibe to it, some like mine had a balcony (although the "sight" is just some housing blocks on the opposite). The single rooms are a little smaller, but the shower is comparatively big (but the toilet wasn't suitable for bigger persons, only if you leave the door open ... ). AC is good, WIFI depends on where you are - down in the first floor it was fine, in my room (2nd floor) it was bad. Staff is super nice and they are there 24/7. Some shops an a mini-market are in convenient distance. All in all I'd recommend this boutique hotel to solo travelers as well as to couples who like a modern, urban vibe!

Balconies are not very "private" - you can basically peek into the neighboring rooms (if you like). WIFI in the upper floors is not so good. Everything else was fine!

Lovely looking hotel, great design and visually beautiful. The breakfast was amazing! Staff were friendly and willing to help. Lots of restaurants near by and grocery stores. I took less than 10 minutes to walk to the sea front.

Nothing much really! I felt everything was great and perfect for my travel needs. I would say though, some holiday makers may find this hotel a little out of the way. It was about a 25 minute walk to the White Tower for example. You do of course pass many bars, cafes along the way! :) I personally liked being a few streets back from the hustle and bustle. I would highly recommend this hotel!
