very big room with all necessary equipment. next to nice restaurants, very friendly staff

lack of parking(but is something normal for hotels in thessaloniki) and the breakfast was outsourced and it came or to your room or to the lobby which was quite small for the hotel size( no breakfast/restaurant room)

Excellent location, very kind staff and a room big enough to accommodate comfortable family of four.

If you are travelling by car and you need a parking, try to book in advance as closest public parings could be full if you're planning a visit during a weekend. We had the chance to use one of the few parking spaces in front of the hotel, but as they are few you might not have this opportunity.

All of the staff are super friendly, great large room and bed with good mattress, and my room had two balconies even. Breakfast is served at the room without additional costs, and nice choice offered. Extra towels and regular change and refills, even the water bottles. Great in summer, thank you!

Very noisy neighbourhood (bars that are open till late), but windows and noise of airconditioning helped to still be able to sleep. However, I have noticed that even closer to the city centre and sea it is as noisy. Breakfast room is tiny - it is one with the reception - and breakfast needs to be ordered a day ahead, because there is no buffet (due to the small breakfast room)

The rooms are quiet, extremely spacious and light with large windows and double patio doors. We had a huge balcony, which was wonderful for the plentiful breakfast delivered on a tray every morning. There was a large, modern bathroom. Excellent location with a short walk down to the sea and up to the metro and buses as well as the huge markets. The staff were first class. The cold water in reception was very welcome. Coffee maker and fridge. Wardrobes. There are pick up and drop off parking spaces outside, but no parking.

The reception area is small and looks very scuffed. It incorporates a tiny breakfast area. Thought we had made a mistake! However, first impressions were very different from the wonderful room and the friendly, helpful and welcoming staff.

Excellent location for everything you would want to do in Thessaloniki. Sights, shopping and restaurants. A very nice area. The room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast (chosen the day before) was delivered to our room promptly by a smiling young girl who was working hard to please. Many extras provided in the room including dressing gowns and slippers. Reception were welcoming and helpful in providing anything we asked for (kettle and pillowslips), and also happy to advise on local areas and call a taxi for us. Reception was 24 hours should anything be needed.

Location near interest area (promenade, restaurants, old city). Very spacious rooms. Even if there was a misunderstanding regarding the room, the front desk was open and oriented towards finding a solution.

The hotel needs renovation, it doesn’t look like a 4 stars hotel.

I recently stayed at Superior One Boutique Hotel in Thessaloniki, and overall, my experience was incredibly positive. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully furnished, offering the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring the city. The location of the hotel is also excellent, right in the heart of Thessaloniki, within walking distance of local attractions, restaurants, and the waterfront. This made it easy to explore the vibrant city on foot, which was a huge plus. The hotel’s staff was another highlight—extremely friendly, professional, and always eager to help. They made sure that I felt at home throughout my stay, offering helpful tips and recommendations for things to do in the area. However, there was one small inconvenience regarding breakfast. The hotel doesn't have a dedicated breakfast area, and instead, the meal is served directly to the room. While the breakfast itself was delicious and offered a variety of fresh and tasty options, it was a bit challenging to enjoy it comfortably in the room. There was no proper table or chairs to sit at, making it a bit awkward to eat the meal in the room. I think the hotel could improve this by adding a small bistro table with two chairs to each room. This would create a more comfortable and enjoyable space for guests to have breakfast, enhancing the overall experience. That said, this minor issue didn’t overshadow the positive aspects of my stay. I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Superior One Boutique Hotel and would definitely return on my next visit to Thessaloniki. With its prime location, exceptional service, and luxurious rooms, it's an excellent choice for anyone looking to stay in this wonderful city.

Room was big, bathroom was comfortable. Extra sofa was big enough and comfortable. We had a huge terrace belong to us, it is great if you have a small child. Location is good, you can go to harbor and Aristotelous Square with short walking. But if you like to walk, White tower is 20 minutes away by walking. Ataturk's house is 20 minutes by walking also. There are couple of good places to eat traditional food. But check for reservation for them.

It is a bit hard to eat breakfast at room because no big table. We ate at our private terrace first day but second day was cold, we ate at reception. I think it would be also hard to eat at summer because of hot weather. An awning would be great. They can add cheese to breakfast.

The staff were exceptional—friendly and professional. The room was spacious, modern, and fully equipped with everything I needed. The collaboration with the nearby parking garage made vehicle access easy and convenient. The location was great, just a 20-minute walk to the White Tower and only 5 minutes from the sea

The staff in the reception was exceptional- Hercules, katerina, Lina and Kostas. They were very kind, very helpful and with positive vibes. They were always smiling, and with a very good english. Also, big thanks to the cleaning ladies who always made sure the room was perfect and clean, leaving us without any complaints. Also thanks for the kind women who were bringing us the breakfast. Location was also very good, we were only few minutes far walking from the resturants, shops and caffes

Honestly I have nothing bad to mention.
