Clean, comfortable bed, good location, friendly stuff, each day room was cleaned, towels changed. There is not only AC but also window to be opened with fresh air. I liked that. Many lights, sockets close to bed, small bed stands for things. The room was was exactly like on photos. We had a good stay. :)

Small details, because i have nothing to complain about. There was no water, fridge was empty. All water from shower went All over the bathroom as there was no proper security for the running water. I don't know why my door opened during the night despite the fact i closed them and checked before going to bed. I am 100%sure as I always do that. I woke up in the middle of the night with wide open door and one night was scared to sleep.

I've stayed several times in this hotel, and I'm glad to report that it continues to live up to the high standards it has established. Centrally located, safe and clean, and boasting an extremely kind and helpful staff. Highly recommended!

The only downside of this stay was the annoying presence of certain, possibly drunk, residents, who were shouting in the early hours of just one morning, after 3am. My verbal intervention (and some mild cursing) redirected them into the realm of decency and -fortunately- a state of sleep.

Nice staff, comfortable bed, good AC, clean, hairdryer, supply of toilet paper, towels(although only two and for women it is not enough), good location, socket next to the bed. The room was ready in the morning, although I left my bags with the staff anyway. They keep it under control.

I don't like the polyester curtains in the shower, bathroom is quite small and there is no shelf under shower for cosmetics. Water always floods the floor. Hotel is nice but the shower and plastic shower head and cable, curtain destroy the look. The room is really small so not much place to keep luggages. Also not much space to dry your things in case you wash it after the beach etc.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city, within walking distance of the lively city center filled with iconic historical, and cultural attractions. The building itself carries the spirit of neoclassicism, which is characterized by a balance of sophistication, and simplicity. I am fascinated by the wonderful service, and by the incredibly good, and kind attitude of the people who work there. The staff is always smiling, positive, and extremely polite. It's a lovely place, clean, and cozy, that carries the spirit of its past, and that's exactly why I choose to stay there again, and again

Perfect location to walk everywhere or be close to the airport bus. Very lovely and helpful reception staff. Nice and very clean overall, but can't get rid of the feeling of 'old'. However, it served its purpose and it offered a quiet a cool room in the madness of the hot city. Very ok room size but not long term holiday room.

The curtains in the shower were not easy to 'use' and not get water all over the floor if you're not too careful. Beds could use a second pillow which might be a bit softer so that people can chose which one to use. The pillows I had were rather hard for my neck.

A very nice boutique hotel, on a side street off a main street in the city. The entrance/reception was bright, well-lit, and clean. My room was clean and comfortable, with an en suite bathroom. Everything in the room worked fine. The receptionist who checked me in spoke excellent English and was efficient and helpful. The en suite bathroom was clean, with a powerful shower and lots of hot water and toiletries. Linen and towels were good quality. The hotel is about a 15-minute walk from the seafront, is in a residential area, and was quiet at night. Breakfast was good, with a variety of breads, cheeses, meats, cereals etc. The breakfast room is a big open airy room. There are also shops and restaurants a few minutes walk from the hotel, if you don't want to walk to the seafront. Very good service, and a good budget place to stay.

The hotel was immaculate, reception staff very helpful and informative, housekeeping kept the room spotless. I loved the drinks machine in the reception which were free, and also free biscuits.Its very convenient for getting buses in every direction, plenty of cafes and restaurants near and far and including bakeries. Plenty of shopping, close to the sea front promenade, boat trips from the white tower, and make sure you take a trip to the lagoon in Kalochori to see flamingo's, a number 40 bus. For the view take a 23 bus to ano poli.

Room was comfortable and had a fridge which was handy and the best was comfortable and the room was refreshed everyday. The hotel is in such a good location for the sea front and local points of interest and the front desk were always friendly and helpful.

- Soundproofing needs improving - noise from clients talking in the corridors or banging their room doors, as well as from the housekeeping staff was quite intruding in the morning. - The positioning of the lift (requires using stairs to reach it on the ground floor and its door is opening directly on the first landing of those stairs). Also, the lift reaches only up to the 3rd floor, and the breakfast room is on the 4th and thereby reachable only by staircase. - Complete absence of mini-bar offers (e.g. water would be very useful). - The shower curtain was very short and allowed the water to spill out all over the bathroom floor :(

This hotel is an old favourite. Have been using it since 2014. It has an excellent location in a quieter side street within 10 minutes walk of centre of Thessaloniki and 15 minutes walk of one of the bus terminals and train station. Always friendly and welcoming and now has cheerful ground-floor lounge for guests.

I don't have any issues with hotel but steps up to door and then to lift might be a problem for those with mobility issues - although I'm sure staff would help out.
