Bed! The beds are soft and wide. Up to my taste. We had additional pillows, nicely packed. Very friendly stuff, willing to assist in any moment and to meet guest needs and expectations. Good breakfast, good breakfast timing, great a/c in the room, fridge was coolong very good.

"Clean" glasses in the room, "cleaned" cutlery in the dining room. The lower part of the shower door railings did not stop the water during showers, so the bathroom floor was wet all the time. WiFi is not available on the terrace (week signal). From my point of view... maybe a bit overpriced. It's not a bad hotel, but it could be a much better, just to "improve" a few things that do not cost a lot of money, but it can help a hotel to improve.

When we gotnto the hotel I was really surprised by the room because it looked 10 times better than we expected. It was very clean, we had everything we needed. The bathroom was also quite big. The room also had a vanity with a mirror which was a big plus, as I’m sure any girl would find this very helpful. We checked it very late at night because of our flight but the reception is open 24/7, there is always someone at the reception if you need -anything. The staff was very friendly, they helped us at every chance, we also left our baggage with the hotel on the last day after checkout for free. It is very close to bus stops, also walking distance to the pier. There are many stores and coffee shops and restaurants nearby.

One of the water bottles left in the room was opened but it was okay we all got our own waters from the store 2 minutes away from the hotel.

The hotel is clean, and my room was spacious. I was lucky enough to have a room facing the backyard, so I could sleep very well. The bed was very comfortable and soft, as well as the pillows. For me, it was a great stay, and I would definitely choose it again. The location is very safe, and the hotel is close to all tourist attractions (10-15 minutes walk from White Tower). It is situated near a metro station (5-7 minutes walk to Venizelou) and bus stations (2-3 min walk).

I didn't enjoy breakfast but it is a 3 start hotel so I cannot complain too much. It lacks variety, but it was expected.

Central location, nice city view, pleasant interior. I should admit housekeeping team is very professional and we were pleased by recognizing how they made the room perfectly. Front desk team very helpful and polite. Also we were allowed to stay till 1 PM free of charge and it helped a lot. we felt safe and cared. Thank you so much for great service. Considering how critical am i evaluating hospitality services and i m saying it was great you may not have second thoughts to book this hotel or no. its walking distance from main touristic landmarks. Also breakfast was tasty with basic food. the thing that there are spare pillows in rooms also very thoughtful. beds are very comfy

A lot of traffic outside the hotel, but can’t complaint about that because you didn’t notice that when you where inside the hotel. The hotel is close by walk to the sea and to other cozy places where you can eat or have a coffee/drink.

Very good location close to a lot of good restaurants and parking garages. Very soft and comfortable beds. Extremely friendly staff. You get slippers, bath robes, complementary water in the room ans you also have a mini fridge to keep your beverages or food in a cool storage while you explore the city. Nice views!

The toilet smelled a little like urine - even after it was supposedly cleaned. 2 people checked in the room, toiletries only for 1 person (toothbrush, ameneties, etc. ) The breakfast was underwhelming. At 9am a lot of the food was almost gone and not replaced during the 30mins we were there.

The property was centrally located, so we did not have to use the car to drive around. The room was clean. Personal was very polite and kind!

We had a bit of trouble with the airco. It would blow on us when lying in bed and we had to change the temperature quite frequently. But then it would switch on automatically, also in the middle of the night. Completely sweating it off was not an option because of the very high temperatures, while leaving We wanted to use the toilet on the ground floor next to the reception, but it was very dirty and that was something we did not like.

The hotel has no parking, it offers you the possibility to leave your car at a private parking lot, Alexandros, for the price of 30 euros per night. When we arrived in front of the parking lot, a gentleman with an aggressive and arrogant attitude, without any explanation, asked us to take our luggage and hand over the car keys, in order to park it. I don't think it's normal to hand over the car keys like that without any explanation The hotel should redirect to another sharing We parked 600 meters away - Grand Parking, where it was cheaper, friendly staff and a large and airy parking lot.

Very good breakfast, the cook is to be commended for having a good range of food to eat. Good location and easy to get to from the bus station. Close to pickup point for day tours. Good local restaurant next door and in the area behind the hotel. Great staff.

The amount of graffiti in and around town was really in your face and is a sad welcome into a city with so much history. It looked very tacky and reflected poorly on the town and made the town feel dirty and run down. It gave a bad vibe in the side streets around the hotel.

We were only booked into the hotel for one night as very early the following morning we had to catch a bus to go on an excursion. When we arrived we were met by a very polite and friendly receptionist who got us checked in quickly and efficiently. We needed directions as to how to get to the meeting point for our excursion the next day and the lady told us explaining quickly and clearly so we easily found away to the meeting point the following very early morning. The room was comfortable, clean, spacious and modern. The bathroom was a good size with plenty of hot water and an efficient shower with good water pressure. The bed was comfortable and we had a half nights sleep as we had to get up at 4 in the morning to get the to the excursion meeting point at 5.30 in the morning. Even at 4 in the morning the water was hot for our showers. The internet was good and strong and quick and no trouble to connect. The balcony was a good size and gave a pleasant view over the city. Unfortunately were unable to try the breakfast as we had to leave so early so I cannot comment. Will certainly keep this hotel in mind if we ever need to go to Thessaloniki again.
