The hotel is in the location that is very walkable to all the major sites and yet far away enough that the area isn’t swimming in tourists. The hotel is extremely comfortable with comfy beds, hot, spacious showers and everything I needed. Staff were incredibly friendly and catered to all my needs. At one point they brought me an iron and ironing board I had requested. The breakfast was a typical Greek breakfast, with plenty of options and good coffee. I was super happy with this place and would happily stay here again.

The location is very good, central, close to Aristotelous Square, convenient for all means of transport. The staff is polite and, overall, helpful.

There was an issue with the air conditioning. I brought it up twice at the reception—once in person at the reception area and once over the phone. I followed all the instructions I was given from the beginning, such as keeping the window closed, using the buttons correctly, and also the advice from the staff member over the phone to set the temperature to zero. Unfortunately, it didn’t work, resulting in the room being quite hot. I gave feedback at checkout so that, on the one hand, they can check the issue, and on the other hand, they can be more supportive when a guest informs them more than once about a malfunction (such as, in this case, by visiting the room). I believe it was an unfortunate incident and that it will be resolved for future guests.

As a tourist, I have been to many Thessaloniki hotels and I think this is one of the hotels with the best staff and service. They were the only ones who provided us with an additional service for free. I would especially like to praise the receptionist named Stelios, an excellent professional. The rooms are perfectly clean, two toilets and a shower were very welcome after a tiring journey. The Internet is of high quality and suitable for all business needs during vacation. The breakfast at the hotel was extremely varied and the food, including freshly baked pastries, very tasty and highly recommended. Simply, everything in the hotel works flawlessly and smoothly like a song full of love for the guests. The hotel is in a beautiful street shaded by trees, just a few steps from restaurants, shops, and close to the main square. What is special is that this hotel, unlike most hotels in Thessaloniki, will be happy to give one of several parking spaces to tourists arriving by car. And that is in Thessaloniki, a huge advantage compared to other hotels. Thank you dear hotel staff, my family and I are very grateful to you and we hope to see you again.

Maybe another chair for sitting in the beautiful shade in front of the hotel entrance. Nothing else.

The hotel is located near one of the main commercial avenues, very close to markets, shops, restaurants and plenty of night life. Either with public transport or with a taxi, it's 30 to 40 minutes away from the airport. The room was quite small and the big bed took most of the place. The bathroom, balcony and wardrobe were also extremely small. This wasn't a huge problem for us, because we only stayed for one night, but it might be an issue for others. The breakfast was tasty, and all employees were very friendly.

The room was very clean, room service was available even on Easter Days, great hospitality from and client oriented staff. For breakfast there were vegetables, cheese and pastries, more than enough for a good day start. Also, you could come for breakfast even after 10 o'clock, in case you had a later wake up until food stocks were depleted. Also, the hotel is placed very nice, you have some tables outside to drink a cofee, and your are near from the sea front, historical sights and bus stops. Also, beds were very comfortable and I had a very good sleep.

Rooms are a bit tiny, but for me that was not an inconvenience.

Great value for the money! Situated in a central location, easily reachable from airport with the shuttle bus and also within walking distance from the main tourist attractions. The staff is beyond kind and always ready to help. 10/10 cleanliness. Surprisingly comfortable bed, spacious room and a very pretty balcony with a view over the main street. Breakfast was light in diversity but more than enough, they also have greek pastries and fresh fruits, it was the perfect energy boost to start the day

Good location. Most rooms had balconies. We stayed in 308 facing the busy street. Breakfast room was not that big but we had a fairly good breakfast.

Rooms was nice but quite compact and so was the bathrooms. Friends had small worse planned bathrooms than we did. If staying for a longer period with big suitcase this isn´t the hotel for you. We stayed 3 nights. No real orange juice, just some yellow "soft drink" in a jug. Had to ask to get a little larger cups for drinking tea. As on a lot of hotels: long waiting time for the elevator.

Central location close to Egnatia road. Very good breakfast with good choice. Hotel staff were very helpful with our requests and were always did their utmost to help us. Parking facilties were very good right infront of the hotel. Rooms were cleaed everyday and the lady who cleaned thr room was very nice! Even the staff at the breakfast room was very nice.

Nothing we can think of. I do not think there is anything the hotel can improve on. It has been a very good experience.

For the price I paid this hotel was more than I expected. All of the staff I met were pleasant and helpful. Room was very clean and although being single room had enough room for 1 person. It also had a balcony facing the street and trees. Amenities were also provided, as well as mosquito tablets. It is a 10 minute walk from Aristotelous square. The but stop for the airport is 3 minutes away and there is a convenience store just opposite the hotel and many restaurants around it. Breakfast was basic but good enough for me. Coffee excellent! Thank you for a nice stay!

Nothing bad to write

The hotel is very close to the all cultural things worth of seeing. It's 50m north of the Via Egnatia so it's very quite all the time. Breakfast is great. It start from 7.30 but if you have to eat earlier (7.15) it's not a problem. The hotel is very close to the White Statue of Venizelos where a lot od daily trips start.
