Communication with the host was very good, he was very responsive. Check-in half automated, a bit complicated but you get very good instructions in advance. The building is situated in a quiet one-way street, right in the middle between the sea and the oldest part of the city on the hill. A big plus is parking garage literally 5m away, just across the entrance. It costed 15 eur per day. You have to leave car keys there because it's crowded and they move cars around but looks very well monitored and secured 24/7. All in all above expectations for this crowded city.

Bathroom smelled a bit stuffy and without windows, but everything was perfectly clean.

I rented two studios for two families. Studio 201 and 205 on the second floor of the building. Both studios are clean, easy communication with the owner. There is parking that you can reserve when booking the accommodation. The parking is right across the street from the building.

Studio 201 had a slightly unpleasant smell coming from the toilet. There is no window in the bedroom (just a ceiling fan).

Everything is perfect! Very clean and convenient. The location is very good. Walking distance to the sea and attractions. Restaurants, cafes, and shops nearby. The host is very responsible and answered very fast. Highly recommend! We will stay again!

A very nice place for a few days stay. Clean and cozy. All attractions are within walking distance. (20 minutes) There is a convenient paid parking lot right in front of the building entrance. Its price is 20 EUR per day. (if you use this option it is good to make a reservation through the owner of the studio so that they reserve a parking space for you)

Nothing at all. Perhaps only the fact that there is no terrace and only large windows is a small minus.

Excellent communication with the host, very polite and always available, everything was clean, location is 10,15 minutes of walk from center and they have a parking garage for 20eur per day, which was very valuable to us, as it is practically impossible to find parking in Thessaloniki. Awesome location, right behind the beach. The studio was clean, comfy, and had everything we needed for our stay. The hosts were super friendly and helpful. We liked the proximity to the city centre and the quiet location at the same time. It was very clean, and a big advantage is the parking just opposite the street (working from 6 to 22, 15€ for the day). The air-conditioning was functioning properly and the kitchen area was nice. We only spent a night there on our way to Corfu though. The self check-in was greatly appreciated.

I didn’t like the lack of wardrobe/ any kind of shelf in the bedroom. Not sure where you will put your clothes and stuff if you are there for than a day…also the lack of balcony is a minus for me.

The location is very good, Kostas the host is amazing and helpful, plus you have a parking 10m from the apartment for 20e per night (in case you need it). This was very important to us, as Thessaloniki has a big problem when it comes to parking. We will be coming back for sure.

The location is perfect. There is parking right across the street so if you are visiting Thessaloniki by car it's an excellent spot. Christos is reliable and friendly host. He provided all the information needed for the stay and accommodation. Also he could book you a parking spot if you ask in advance.

The bed wasn't comfortable and the shower wasn't working properly.

The pictures are real and reflect the reality. Easy access, comfy and everything else you need to feel like home. 10-15 minutes walk to city center.quiet area. The apartment was clean and new items are used. Good advantage if you travel by car there is an underground parking lot, opposite the apartment, 5 meters ;). Definitely recommend this accommodation. The owner was on stand-by all the time to help or provide support. 3 mins walk from the apartment there is a local bakery, one supermarket.
