I had to make a last minute switch following my booked accommodation being unavailable due to a serious water leak. I had stayed at the Tobacco Hotel a few years ago, so it was an obvious choice to see whether a room was available at very short notice. Everything worked out very well and despite a last minute booking I had a very nice room. All the staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent.

Interesting old building. Rather big room with a comfortable bed. The location of the hotel - walking distance to the city center (15 - 20 min). Ability to park in front of the hotel. Good internet connection. Good breakfast.

Our stay at the hotel was excellent. The staff were incredibly warm and polite, even upgrading us to a junior suite and providing complimentary parking right outside. Our top-floor suite boasted a spacious bathroom and a large terrace with a fantastic city and sea view. While only one of the two elevators reached our floor, which was a minor inconvenience, it didn't detract significantly from our overall experience. Breakfast offered good variety and taste, though a few more options would have been a welcome addition. The hotel isn't centrally located, but the pedestrian zone is a pleasant 20-minute walk away.

We had an amazing time at the hotel! The staff truly made the experience even more enjoyable. Receptionists Sofia and Tell were extremely helpful and went the extra mile by providing us with all the information we needed about the town. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of food served by the lovely Maria, who was exceptionally kind and attentive. Her service went above and beyond — absolutely outstanding! The rooms were tidy and comfortable. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

A bit run down and breakfast not amazing

The breakfast was ample, with many choices. Bread, muffins, and croissants were fresh; scrambled eggs not so much. Can't go wrong with Greek yogurt, honey, fruit. Location was fairly central: walkable to the Old City, waterfront (Ladadika), and excellent restaurants. (We recommend sinTrofi, pricey but worth it.) Room was comfy and roomy. Shower pressure was excellent.

The air conditioning was sometimes a bit on the warm side. Bedspread was scratchy so we left it stored on the shelf in the closet.

Very comfortable beds, clean, spacious room with a good heating. Close to the city center while at the same time not in the loud part of the city. Good breakfast with lots of variety food. Late check-out with a possibility to leave your stuff at the reception if you need. If there's no parking in front of the hotel, you can park in the nearby garage. The staff was very pleasant and welcoming. We'll come back for sure. :)

The staff was great. At the front desk one lady, Sofia, it was more than amazing. She helped us with everything. Because of Sofia we will br back for shure. Also the hotel is clean, nice rooms, good smell in every area. The breakfast should be improved but it is ok. Thank you Davitel!

Maybe better breakfast!

The room was big and the bed was comfortable. The reception desk was kind enough to direct us to sights and to local diners.

Basic American Breakfast with some Greek tastes. I expected more variety on hot plates and a bigger buffet.

I liked the breakfast very much. The hotel is situated in the center of the city. So you can walk through the city without using public transport. People are respectful and help if you need something. It is an ideal place for traveling with family.
