Location is good, at decent walking distance from the city center. The neighborhood is quiet and seems safe, the room was exceptionally clean, very comfortable and well equipped with modern furniture and appliances. There is a lounge room, a gym and laundromats available too. The host, Eleni, was extremely nice and helpful.

There is no parking at the building, and as much as I appreciate the efforts made by the residence to offer an option to park the car in a garage nearby, the garage itself is rather dirty and precarious. In fact, this is the only reason for which I rated it with 9 out of 10 stars. Everything else is wonderful.

We had a fantastic stay at Thess Residences! The location is perfect – just a short walk from the city center. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, which made for a great night's sleep. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of tasty options. The receptionists were absolutely excellent – friendly, helpful, and professional throughout our stay. Parking availability was a huge plus as well. Overall, a great place and a great experience. We’ll definitely stay here again in the future!

The only downside was that there were roadworks on the street, and it was a one-way road that was closed, so we had to take a detour and it was a bit difficult to reach the hotel and drop off our bags.

We made a reservation for parking and it was 20 eur per day but the parking garage where we were instructed to leave our car charged us 25 eur with no explanation. The staff tried to help us with this but the garage staff weren’t interested in that. The parking fee was for 24h but they said we need to take our car when we make our check out, so by 12:00h we had take our car even though we had 6 more hours until the 24h mark was completed. The temperature in the room couldn’t be adjusted the air conditioning was only controlled centrally.

I was impressed by one of the receptionist - the guy was very friendly. He spent a lot of time to explain everything about the place, about the parking, about the city, where to eat and so on. The apartment was small but it had everything you might need - queen size bed, additional bed for the kid, a bath, small kitchen with a big fridge. There is a indoor paid (20 EUR per night) parking nearby.

Thessaloniki was very crowded this time. The traffic was intense. There were riots on the streets. Nothing to do with the residence of course.

We stayed this hotel one night. A very clean facility. Our room was very useful. It was wide enough. You feel the cleanliness as soon as you enter the hotel. I didn't use the kitchen, but it was spotless. The bathroom and toilet were very clean. I can say that the reception staff are excellent. They help with everything. I would like to thank them once again for their helpfulness and friendliness. The location is in the city center, but 15 minutes walking distance to the beach and the square. It can be a bit challenging in the heat, but if you want to take a taxi, it only costs around 4 euros. It is difficult to find parking around the hotel, but they direct you to a private parking lot on the side street for 20 euros per day.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming hotel in Thessaloniki during our brief visit to the beautiful city. From the moment we entered the lobby, we were immediately struck by the cleanliness and elegance of the hotel. One of the highlights of our stay was the convenient parking arrangement, located just 40 meters away from the entrance. This made it incredibly easy for us to come and go as we pleased, without having to worry about the hassle of finding a parking spot. The staff at the hotel were not only professional and efficient, but also warm and welcoming. They went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was as pleasant as possible, always ready to assist us with any questions or requests we had. Overall, our experience at this hotel in Thessaloniki was just perfect for our one night stay. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and conveniently located accommodation in this bustling city.

Great staff. Friendly and to the point, couldn’t be any better! The safety of the outside door is good with a solid locking and unlocking mechanism. The room was perfect with a luxurious look and feel to it. 2 small bottles of water inside the fridge when arrived, a good kitchen with everything you could need such as a nespresso coffee machine, toaster, boiler. Also, one smart tv in the living room and a second one in the bedroom, both having netflix accounts ready. Steadily fast wi-fi, nice heating inside the rooms, comfortable bed and sofa. Big bathroom which had a hairdryer and shampoo, also really good.

The location is weird as you don’t feel very safe, many strange people living or passing by the area. Had 2 spiders in one night, but maybe because of the wooden ceiling of our room on the top floor, which came way too low leading to accidentally hitting the head a few times, nothing serious. Last but not least, the price depending when you book, in our case it was 30 euros cheaper than a 5-star hotel with free parking on a better location, but we wanted this one for 1 night.

Parking is not in front of the property. It has to be additionally charged. That was not in the description. 15€ per night.
