Location is good, at decent walking distance from the city center. The neighborhood is quiet and seems safe, the room was exceptionally clean, very comfortable and well equipped with modern furniture and appliances. There is a lounge room, a gym and laundromats available too. The host, Eleni, was extremely nice and helpful.

There is no parking at the building, and as much as I appreciate the efforts made by the residence to offer an option to park the car in a garage nearby, the garage itself is rather dirty and precarious. In fact, this is the only reason for which I rated it with 9 out of 10 stars. Everything else is wonderful.

The appartment was comfortable and clean , breakfast was decent, good parking place nearby that costed 20 eur/day, very nice staff at the reception. If you travel with children, be aware that the sofa is for one person and ask an additional bed.The appartment is 15 minutes walking distance to the city center.

I didn't like the communication between the host, the customer and booking.com which was really frustrating and made me lost time. Booking made an error and I was supposed to paid because of the error they made. Finally, I didn't but only after loosing a lot of time. Considering the staff of Thess Residences is so well trained I will book directly at the property next time.

We had a fantastic stay at Thess Residences! The location is perfect – just a short walk from the city center. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, which made for a great night's sleep. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of tasty options. The receptionists were absolutely excellent – friendly, helpful, and professional throughout our stay. Parking availability was a huge plus as well. Overall, a great place and a great experience. We’ll definitely stay here again in the future!

The only downside was that there were roadworks on the street, and it was a one-way road that was closed, so we had to take a detour and it was a bit difficult to reach the hotel and drop off our bags.

Great service, very kind all the personnel! Specially Eleni who helped us when we arrive and gave us recommendations of restaurants to try around the area. Also the place was clean it fitted the description and pictures. I totally recommend all travellers to stay here, we had an issue with another accommodation and we booked last minute in ThessResidence, we wanted to stay more days but as we had paid another place and money was not given back we had to go back the next day to our original booking. I wish I had come across ThessResidence before and not booked the other place where we stayed which was horrible... ThessResidence was not just good was perfect, nothing negative I can say about it!

We made a reservation for parking and it was 20 eur per day but the parking garage where we were instructed to leave our car charged us 25 eur with no explanation. The staff tried to help us with this but the garage staff weren’t interested in that. The parking fee was for 24h but they said we need to take our car when we make our check out, so by 12:00h we had take our car even though we had 6 more hours until the 24h mark was completed. The temperature in the room couldn’t be adjusted the air conditioning was only controlled centrally.

I was impressed by one of the receptionist - the guy was very friendly. He spent a lot of time to explain everything about the place, about the parking, about the city, where to eat and so on. The apartment was small but it had everything you might need - queen size bed, additional bed for the kid, a bath, small kitchen with a big fridge. There is a indoor paid (20 EUR per night) parking nearby.

Thessaloniki was very crowded this time. The traffic was intense. There were riots on the streets. Nothing to do with the residence of course.

We stayed this hotel one night. A very clean facility. Our room was very useful. It was wide enough. You feel the cleanliness as soon as you enter the hotel. I didn't use the kitchen, but it was spotless. The bathroom and toilet were very clean. I can say that the reception staff are excellent. They help with everything. I would like to thank them once again for their helpfulness and friendliness. The location is in the city center, but 15 minutes walking distance to the beach and the square. It can be a bit challenging in the heat, but if you want to take a taxi, it only costs around 4 euros. It is difficult to find parking around the hotel, but they direct you to a private parking lot on the side street for 20 euros per day.
