Staff were all very polite, cleaners kept our room spotless and changed our towels when needed. Great variety of choice at breakfast which was included with our booking. Loved the room, and it was a beautiful surprise when we checked in and were offered an upgrade to a small suite. We really enjoyed our stay in Thessaloniki, and this hotel made it even more special. We advised all our friends in Thessaloniki to recommend this hotel to any friends or family they have staying in the city and we are certainly going to recommend it

Nothing, we loved our whole experience

It was my first time visiting this hotel, and I had a fantastic stay at a hotel right in the heart of Thessaloniki, just a few steps away from the main shopping street. The hotel exceeded my expectations, offering a spacious and comfortable room that made my stay incredibly relaxing. The breakfast was a real treat, with an extensive range of food options and freshly juices to enjoy. I had a truly memorable experience and am already looking forward to my next visit!

I have been staying at City hotel for many years when in Thessaloniki. The hotel is centrally located next to a lot of amenities. The people working there are all exceptionally polite and helpful. I was amazed by how nice the personnel were :). The rooms were really clean and comfortable. Lastly, since I was departing early in the morning, i didn’t have time to have breakfast. The staff offered me an option to get a breakfast in a package which was really a nice gesture.

The room was a bit cold, when I asked to increase the temperature they informed me that they had closed the central heating because the week before my visit was really hot and that they couldn’t open it again. For a 4 star hotel i was expecting a bit better to be fair.

On behalf of my fellow visitors: Breakfast was very good. Buffet style, lots of options and choices. Not sure about vegan options so please enquire. The location is great, easy to walk to museums, attractions, restaurants and squares. I think the best thing is the location. Hotel staff was very helpful. We booked a large triple room, but we were only two. They upgraded our room for free as there was availability. Very grateful for that. Our stay was very enjoyable thanks to the staff. If we come back, we'll book again. The only thing is the air ventilation system is constantly on and it's a bit loud for sensitive ears. But when asked if it can be turned off, they mentioned they can try to turn it off from the engineering room. The staff is very helpful.

Nice location, very friendly staff, clean hotel, free upgrade of the room. It did have some downsides, but all very manageable. Overall it was a nice expericence.

The common places of the hotel were really hot, whcih wasn't that bad, the room was a bit small and had a unpleasent smell, not very strong. Poor isolation of the windows and the blackouts were not that great.

We really liked almost everything about the hotel. The location is awesome. The staff is kind and very helpful. The breakfast is really good. For the parking lot, you should pay $20 per day. We believe it is really worthy since it is really hard to find a place to park and the vale service is very comfortable.

The only thing that we didn't like was the bed. Although it was comfortable, merging two single beds as double bed for a couple was not that nice.

The hotel is very conveniently located near Aristotelous Square and the White Tower. The staff is attentive and supportive. The rooms and the beds are extremely comfortable. Not to mention that the beddings are very clean and that adds a huge advantage to the accommodation services. The breakfast offered includes a wide range of products.

The only disadvantage is that the hotel does not have a parking area and you need to park your car nearby. They offer guidance and you can take your car to Plateia parking. Based on the fact that you are the client of the hotel you can get an discount for parking services. The parking is very safe.

The staff was incredibly friendly. We asked where to park, and they offered us an incredible deal for Thessaloniki, 20 euros/24h, and they took us the car to the parking with no additional cost. It was funny because they gave us a room that wasn't ready, the maid was there. The maid reached the reception, and a personal from the stuff came and gave us another key room. After that, they came from the reception with a bottle of wine and some macaroons to apologize for the mistake. The breakfast was incredibly good

Good size room. We stayed in double room with kettle, tea, good size wardrobe, one coffee table and study desk. Plenty of storage and if you want to relax you got a coffee table. The bed is very soft, but amazingly comfortable. The hotel has a seating area downstairs with outside seating as well. There is a bar downstairs as well. The bathroom was too small and the door opens inwards. Beware of locking the bathroom door, it gets stuck occasionally. Help arrived quickly though. There is a phone in the bathroom. The room was generally clean. The only thing I would say is those air con grills need cleaning. It looked quite dusty to be honest. We didn't put it on, as thankfully you can open the windows for fresh air. Breakfast was very good. Cereals, bread, cakes, eggs, mushrooms, nuts, cheese. I am not sure vegan options, I didn't check. The best is the location. We loved the location. It's so easy to get anywhere and it's a vibrant street with few restaurants. It's close to high street shops, museums, Ladadika, squares and the sea. Opposite there is a nice grocery shop, which is also very convenient. Our room was looking inwards, it was quite and cozy. Reception staff are very helpful. Will definitely stay here in our next visit because of the comfortable bed, great location and breakfast, but will book a bigger room.

The bathroom is way to small, the door opens inwards and honestly you have to squeeze to open the bathroom door. Beware of fully closing the bathroom doors, they get stuck 😄
