The best location in Thessaloníki, near all the popular places and in a lively area

The elevator! They have a bar-restaurant that's accessible by public that uses the same elevator as the guests. So annoying trying to get to your room after a nice swim at the pool and having to wait for 10' for a free elevator! The second bed wasn't comfy at all. The hotel doesn't have a parking for the guests and there isn't anything easy to get to or reasonably priced in the area.

I've stayed at this hotel for one night last weekend (17th Feb). I booked the classic room, but the receptionist was beyond nice and upgraded our room to a premium one. It was spacious and also had an amazing side sea view from the balcony. Customer service is beyond excellence, the hotel/room is very clean and comfortable. They also have a SPA, Gym and Rooftop Restaurant. The hotel staff was very professional and friendly from the beginning until the end of our stay. Breakfast buffet is rich and varied with fresh and very tasty products. The rooftop restaurant is one of a kind with a very relaxing view of the sea, where you can enjoy drinks (especially good signature cocktails), food, snacks and/or desserts. The location of the hotel makes the whole trip much easier as it's located in the center of Thessaloniki so, almost everything is very walkable. Taxis and buses are also easily accessible. Long story short, the hotel offered very good value for the price paid. I'd definitely come back again and again.

The location is perfect for thessaloniki. You have everything in walking distance. The hotel itself is very nice. The rooms are very nice while the breakfast is amazing and you even have a pool on the hotel top floor.

My daughter and I stayed at this hotel for four nights in celebration of her upcoming wedding, and it was truly exceptional in every way. The hotel was spotless, modern, beautifully maintained, and smelled absolutely wonderful throughout our stay. From the moment we arrived, we felt pampered. The staff was kind, attentive, and always available to accommodate any request we had. The meals were delicious, the beds incredibly comfortable, and the shower – what a dream! The scent of the luxurious soaps lingered after each shower, filling the room with a heavenly aroma. The location is perfectly central with stunning views that added so much to the experience. Without a doubt, we will return. This hotel exceeded our expectations and made our stay unforgettable.

Great commmunication in advance of stay. Very friendly staff. Room with balcony and sea view was amazing with sun all day. We had an excellent view of the Easter parade. Great choice at breakfast with stunning views from restaurant. No need to use qr code in bedroom for table if eating very early (7am). Housekeeping daily, and service in the afternoon/evening with a chocolate on bed. Excellent base for exploring sights, shops and restaurants by foot. Quiet despite very central location.

The location was absolutely perfect. It was central to all the main attractions and within easy walking distance to everything: the Ladadika, the Metro, the White Tower, shops etc. We loved the Christmas decorations in the Aristotelous Square and the hotel. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We would definitely book Electra Palace for our next visit at Thesaloniki.

There wasn't anything major that we didn't like. If I had to choose something, I would have a bit more variety in the room service menu, especially for people who might be vegan or have young kids.

Convenient Location for walking to great museums. Good view of the sea from room 507. Balcony on 2 sides of room. Lovely breakfast on rooftop terrace. Room service meals were good. Very early AM departure for airport (4:00 AM) & staff arranged breakfast boxes to go. Nice..

Took several attempts to figure out how to get hot water in the shower. Each of us had one rather cool shower before we figured it out. How to make the hand held shower stay up at the right level for showering. Our suite had 2 TVs but the bedroom TV remote turned on both TVs at the same time. Otherwise our stay was very good.

We loved the breakfast and the location of the breakfast place on the top floor/rooftop. The location of the Hotel is great; it's on Aristotelous square: right in the middle of everything. The room we stayed at was on the highest floor with a spacious and modern decorated terrace overlooking the square, also the room was beautifully decorated with modern amenities and was very luxurious. And we had a great welcome basket that we enjoyed.

The staff was ok. The executive lounge (included in our package) was nice but did not motivate us to spend time there. Overall no big problems that would affect our general stay.

The Electra Palace is probably the best hotel in Thessaloniki. The location is great and we loved the rooftop restaurant where breakfast & dinner was served. We had dinner at the hotel in the rooftop restaurant on our first night as our flight arrived quite late. Usually we wouldn't generally eat in hotel restaurants, but we were really pleasantly surprised as the food was actually very good! We booked an Executive Double with a Sea View (the bedding was very good quality) and I would highly recommend this type of room as we felt it was very good value for money for a 5 star hotel in Greece's second largest city! The prices for a similar style & quality hotel are double the price in Athens! The We had a lovely balcony overlooking the square & the sea....and would definitely like to return at some point in the future!

The gym & the indoor pool were small which was a shame.
