The hotel is located in a very good/central area. The room was clean and beautiful, designed in a minimalist style. There was coffee/tea/water available in the room. I would have liked the addition of a toothbrush and toothpaste in the bathroom, as well as bathrobes, but all other necessary amenities were provided. Noise from the neighboring rooms was minimal and not disturbing, but for those seeking a very quiet stay, sounds from the cafés on the lower street might be an issue. However, this was not a problem for us. The staff was friendly and attentive. Breakfast was quite filling and diverse. However, if you go for breakfast late, you might have to wait for a table, as I noticed that, besides hotel guests, tourists from the street were also coming in for breakfast. The café was tastefully and cozily decorated, and I especially liked the well-chosen music. Overall, it fully met my expectations, and I was satisfied. I will visit again.

As I mentioned, there were no bathrobes or toothbrush/toothpaste. Also, for breakfast, you need to go to a different location, which is a 5-minute walk away. However, this might not be convenient for guests with children or elderly visitors. Other than that, I am satisfied.

The location was great that you can easily reach out to the seaside and a nice location with full of local restaurants. Room was nice and clean.

The check in process was not easy. We parked our car to the recommended parking area but it was not close to the hotel. After parking, fist you need to walk to another hotel to collect the keys and then walk to your main hotel. It was a not an easy activity for us to carry the luggage with a child and a dog, walk that distance.. The breakfast was also in another place not in the same building that you are staying.

The room was nice and quiet even though it was located in the heart of Ladadika, one of the busiest sectors of the city. The bathroom was good and the room temperature was very nice. The hosts were very kind and answered questions right away. Lots of good restaurants and very easy to move around from the hotel.

The room was on the second floor and the luggage elevator only goes up to the first floor. The stairway is long and steep, and we had some heavy bags. However, it was definitely worth the effort.

Centrally located, various of restaurants at the properties doorstep and a block away from the start of corniche. Despite it being in the center of Ladadika, my room was pretty quiet (they gave me earplugs in the room, which i never used). The bed was large and comfortable and toilet was clean. I enjoyed my stay at Colors!

Not a big issue but i wish the lift works from the ground floor. Also, check in instructions should be advised in advance. Though Colors Urban is just walking distance away, it makes it hard to move between the 2 properties isn't easy for people with luggages.

The best of the hotel is the location, it is located in a place near the port and you can access the center by a minute's walk. Around this property, there are a lot of restaurants, coffee bars, fast food... At the time we went there it was not very noisy outside, you don't hear too much noise from other rooms except from the main room door, it is not soundproof, and if there is someone in the hall you will know that :) The room was clean, looked nice, not too big but more than enough for two people. The breakfast was very good, and it was served in the main hotel that is about 150 meters from this property and a few minutes walk which is not a problem.

I don't like the door to the bathroom, it is a glass sliding door, which does not make any difference if is open or closed. So if someone minds that, this room is not for you. Parking situation, they offer two parking, the first 10euros(400 meters walking distance) and the second 18euros(650 meters walking distance). But there is a third option(they don't offer it as an option), it is 50metres from the property, and you pay 1.7euros per hour(after 21:00 to the next morning i believe is free)

Really great location! You’re right at the center of the city and just below the balcony view there are beautiful tavernas which played live music at night! Not too loud and didn’t have trouble sleeping at all. What makes it up to a 10/10 for me is the close proximity to everything you should see in the city + the really close distance to the port where you can enjoy a quiet & relaxing time if you don’t feel like partying. Will definetly come back again!

Nothing, everything was perfect!

The room was spacious and clean and the bed was very very comfortable. The toiletries provided were of really really good quality. Reception were very pleasant and helpful. The location was fantastic for dinner and sightseeing. Loved having a balcony to sit on

The noise from the nearby rave or nightclub Its literally so loud it feels like they are in the room with you and ended at 4.30 am. The hotel do provide ear plugs but they do not help with this level of noise i'm afraid. It was only on the Sunday evening,Monday evening noise level was normal for being so close to restaurants.

The location is excellent if you enjoy restaurants and bars. It's extremely convenient and great value for money.

The shower makes a mess in the bathroom and it can get a little loud, though we came at a time when there were not as many tourists. The room is somehow cold and not very cozy. There's no reception so you can't complain if other people are making noise in the hotel.

The location is perfect for tourists. The room was very clean considering it's a historic building. You can reach all the must-see places on foot very easily. The breakfast was really good, quality products and the staff was helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

For checkin, you need to visit the other chain hotel closeby. For checkout, you don't need to. That's a minor thing but you need to keep in mind. Overall it's a good hotel according to Salonica standards.

Our room was big and practically furbished. We had a balcony and a nice bathroom with outside window. The location was great, right in the middle of Ladadika quarter and just 1 block from the pier. It is probably quite noisy on a Friday or Saturday but we stayed there on a Sunday and by the time we went to bed, it was ok. Also, the hosts provide earplugs on the bedside and we thought that was really thoughtful.

There is no-one at the reception before 10am and after 6pm but you can nevertheless leave your luggage, get in and out and pick up the key from the nearby sister-hotel.
