The location of the hotel was perfect for the sea front and restaurant opportunities. It is close to the Aristotle square which is a hub for excursions. We had an excellent tour to the archaeological sites of Vergina and Veria. It is also well situated for the port from where we took a boat to the beach of Peria. The reception manager was most kind and spoke excellent English. We had a spacious room on the first floor.

The breakfast was fine although we found making tea bags a bit difficult and bought our own ! I am sure this was an effort not to use bleached bags however. The hotel is well placed back a block from the front and down from the inner roads but some nights were occasionally noisy .

Hotel staff were excellent. Rooms were cleaned every day with towels and bedsheets changed daily. Reception staff were welcoming and helpful. Breakfast staff were excellent and worked well at ensuring all buffet items were readily available for guests. Breakfast itself was fine, nothing great but served its purpose. Wifi was excellent and it was great to have a safe in the room. Bathroom was a good size and the shower was excellent.

The Breakfast buffet was fine the first couple of days but became a bit boring with the same items day after day. The rooms are a good size but a few simple additions would have helped..a kettle would have been welcome as would a table lamp. Storage for clothes could also be improved, even a basic chest of drawers would have been a good addition. Just minor quibbles really because overall our stay was excellent.

The location is perfect, easy to reach all main atractions, restaurants, bars and port. The breakfast is good, not a lot of options but for us was enough, the coffee was good. The towels and laundry were changed daily. The staff is nice and friendly. We asked for late checkout and it was accepted. It is worth the price.

It was kind of noisy in the mornings, we had to use ear plugs to sleep. Also the building next to the hotel was in renovation, another source of noise unfortunately. We also saw small bugs in the shower from time to time, but never in the room.

The pillows need replacing bed sheets too small

The best location you could possibly have in Thessaloniki. Near Aristotelous square, a few steps from the sea, a short walk from the white tower, bars, cafes, restaurants and bus stops all around. A mini market opposite the hotel has coffee and the basics. The staff was very helpful, even though we came down late for breakfast they would always get us something to eat and drink.

The elevator is very small but it's not a big deal.

The location. Close to the sea, restaurants, and the main shopping district. All at a walking distance. Rooms are considerably nice and comfortable, with on suite modern shower bathrooms. Personnel are very helpful and attentive to the clients' needs, both at reception and room management. The breakfast buffet is well presented and has quite a considerable selection of food items. Excellent choices of different coffees supplied from the automated coffee machine It's definitely a nice hotel to be considered on your next trip.

The triple room is rather tight for three guests, especially when you have to create space for the luggage. It's also no light proof. It's not dark enough when you close the curtains. Otherwise, all ok

The position is perfect, not on the chaotic main square, but closeto the sea front and 5-10 minutes’ walk from the Ladatiki area which is full of good eateries. The staff were all welcoming, helpful and competent. Breakfast was ample and tasty, with something for everyone. Being open-plan the area was very useful for sitting or planning the rest of the day. The hotel should provide asecond pillow on the bed, and NOT automatically change all the towels every day.

Perfect location! Right in the heart of the city, a few meters away from the port and less than 5 min walk to Aristotelous square, the city’s central square. The room was cosy and clean with a balcony view to the sea and the staff very friendly and helpful.

The stay overall wad great. A few things could be slightly improved to elevate our stay, like the reception and sitting area which felt quite old school and the breakfast which was quite basic.

The location was excellent very close to the pier and to the city centre. The first day with did everything on foot which was very doable. Also the staff was very helpfull with arrangeing things and helping us out for were to eat dinner.

The rooms were somewhat noisy, we could hear our neigbouring rooms coming home and waking up. There was also quite a bit of light coming into the room from the hallway because the lights stayed on the whole night and there was a gap between the door and doorframe

This is the sixth time I've been to this hotel because there's nothing I'd miss and I'd look elsewhere. The location is fantastic, the rooms are cozy and comfortable enough, all the services, breakfast and other little things are fully in line with the price and meet all my needs.

There are no things I didn't like. For another guest, the breakfast selection would be small, but in my case, there is everything I really like.
