This is probably the best hotel I ever stayed in, anywhere in the world. The attentiveness and professionalism of absolutely every staff member - is beyond imaginable. Ask something one day - the next day an absolutely different reception shift which you never saw - greets you like they know you for weeks and remembers everything you ever asked during previous days from different reception personnel. And no - there's no "let me check in the computer", they just know! Breakfast personnel - yes, they know what you like, from your previous morning there (and, BTW, breakfast until 11am is a great idea). Everyone speaks perfect English, everyone is always smiling. No idea what's the secret there, but this place is managed in an absolutely perfect way.

Parking have big problem in the center of city. At the booking.com there is 10 EUR but we paid 29EUR per night and wait long time for the entrance to parking. It is very BIG problem for guest. Rest of all EXCELLENT!

A very nice modern hotel in a fantastic position in the centre of Thesaloniki close to Modiano market and ladadika district where you can enjoy authentic greek cuisine. The Ennea roof bar is beautiful with amazing views of the city and the Gulf of Thermaikos. Finally, the staff, in particular Peter and Eleni at the front desk, were friendly, professional and very helpful. FORGET ELECTRA PALACE, MAKEDONIA PALACE OR THE ON HOTEL. THIS IS THE PLACE TO STAY IN THESALONIKI

This place was on our to do list for some time and finally we had a chance to visit. We received the pleasant surprise of the room upgrade! Room was splendid! Amazing staff, bars restaurants and we really enjoyed staying at MonAsty. Location is perfect, parking service is great and there is really nothing to ask more. Rooms also have so many variations and the roof top bar with the pool are the tip of the iceberg for having a relaxing and fun stay!

A wonderful hotel in a central location in Thessaloniki. The reception team and all the hotel staff were incredibly kind and helpful at every stage. I’ve had the opportunity to stay at many hotels around the world, and the service here ranks in my top three. The room layout, architectural design, and cleanliness were excellent. The valet service and partnership with a parking facility is a huge advantage in a city like Thessaloniki, where parking is limited. This is definitely a place I will return to.

New, clean, modern hotel. Staff polite. Pet friendly (small bed, bowls and even toys provided).

Swimming pool and roof top bar were not open. Overcrowded during breakfast, did not receive food I have ordered, not enough staff during breakfast.

The location of the hotel is excellent giving access to the whole city easily. The staff are amazing they are some of the best I have come across being very aware and helping even before you have to ask. The hotel is clean, rooms are great and the roof top bar and pool are a great bonus in a central city hotel.

The only thing that seemed to work a little iratically were the lifts. which seem to have a mind of their own at times. A small point in what was overall an exceptional experience.

Being at MonAsty is always a pleasure. I can say only good words starting from the warm hospitality of Eirini ( sorry if I have written the name not correctly ) at the reception. The hotel has many good points : the central position, the service, the great breakfast and the vicinity to the shops where our ladies can spend some money.
