During our recent stay at the hotel, we were thoroughly impressed with every aspect of our experience. The rooms were excellent—immaculately clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. We had no complaints whatsoever; everything was perfect. The breakfast was outstanding, with a great variety of delicious options that ensured a fantastic start to each day. The hotel's location in the center of Thessaloniki was also very convenient, providing easy access to local attractions and dining options. It’s definitely worth the price, offering great value for money. Overall, the combination of top-notch service, high-quality rooms, and excellent amenities made our stay truly memorable. There was nothing we didn't like, everything was perfect.

Location. bright new Hotel. design. Clean . Coffee tea in the room. Design of furniture. Very good breakfast. fresh fruits Greek pies fresh juice...food for vegans.

the room I would like to be a little big bigger for the money that I paid. Very small things that they can fix. the beauty mirror was very high up that I couldn't manage to use it without having my neck up all the time....We are no all girls 2 meters tall I mean very tall... it's easy to fix it. Also the metal stick in the cupboard was very high up so I couldn't use it easily. Easy to fix it.... thanks.

The good - location is as best as you can get. Everything in walking distance,(the farthest being the white tower which is 20 min walk). Next to the markets, main square, boardwalk... The rooms are modern, clean, and have all the necessities. The staff was really nice and informative. The bad - it felt a bit "crowded", meaning it's a 35 rooms hotels in a narrow building, so the elevator are small (and didn't work sometime), the halls are narrow, the breakfast room is very small, not a real lounge or lobby, so it didn't have the feel of a regular hotel, but more like a business hotel. I feel for what you get it should cost a bit less.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay! This trip was a special celebration for my birthday, and I was thrilled by the wonderful surprise in my room. The decorations and thoughtful touches made it so memorable. The staff were exceptional in every way. Babis, Anna, and Stavros went above and beyond to ensure we had a perfect experience. Efthimios also was very helpful. Their kindness and attentiveness were truly remarkable, making us feel incredibly welcome and valued. The hotel itself was beautiful, with excellent facilities and a cozy, welcoming atmosphere. Every detail was taken care of, from the pristine cleanliness of our room to the delicious meals we enjoyed. I couldn't have asked for a better birthday trip. Great location! Walking distance to the city center, an amazing restaurant around the corner!

I would expect it to be more clean - there was dust on the windows, the bathroom felt warned up and also not very clean - but nothing dramatic! Also, the breakfast area is REALLY small, so during peak hours it’s impossible to find a place or even walk around and the space freely! You should either go early or be one of last ones at breakfast! Otherwise - forget about it, especially, if you’re not alone! Just did not match the stars.

For our purposes the location was very good as we could walk to all the sites we planned to see in the city. Staff was very helpful & gave us water or extra towels whenever we asked for them as well as leaving 2 bottles of water in our room almost every day.

The breakfast buffet was very good when the staff actually replenished it which didn’t happen most of the days we stayed. Only 1 staff member appeared to be working the breakfast room to include cleaning & resetting tables as well as restocking the buffet. Getting replacements for bread, juice, cheese, yogurt, fruit was almost impossible. This was especially true 4 of the 5 days we stayed. The room needed at least 2 people working in the room.

the hotel was nice in a good location. the personnel was very helpful and gave us our room a lot quicker than the check in time. we did not have breakfast but the area is full of bakeries. the area is sourounded by restaurants, very close to the shops and very close to the sea front.

i would prefer if the refrigerator was not entirely full in order to have space to add own things in like cosmetics and some items we bought. the arrangement of the bathroom was a bit strange - toilet seat totally adjacent to the shower glass which was a bit uncomfortable.

The room was very small, impossible to have a medium-sized suitcase without blocking the passage, lack of space in the closet, lack of drawers. In the bathroom there are no towel hangers hooks, the few that are there are positioned at an illogical height. In a room so small it is necessary to provide solutions for clothes and towels.

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. Perfect location and really nice hotel, aesthetically. Room was good although it felt a little crammed for a premium room. Nice bathroom and amenities overall. Friendly staff and they were helpful with parking arrangements.

We booked a room with a large double bed only to find 2 single beds when we arrived. Upon contacting the reception, they offered to move us to a lower category room than the one we booked (probably the only available since the hotel seemed filled up, but still), without an explanation as to why this was the case with the beds. In the end, they did offer to come and change our bed to a double one on the spot, which is more confusing as to why we couldn't have the double bed we booked in the first place...
