The location is positioned next to the cliff. Exceptional. I recommend for traveling in Thessaloniki. The staff is wonderful and extremely kind. I met wonderful people. The location of just perfect, 2 mins walk from the main square, less than a minute walk to the seaside. My bed was big and very soft, I liked that. It is convenient for a couple of nights but space may be an issue if you're staying longer, as the wardrobe was quite tiny. Had a mini fridge where I could put my sweets and olives.

Our room was very luxurious, spacious and modern having several amenities available including a fridge and a kettle. The staff was very friendly and helpful infect they were more than willing to provide us with lunch boxes prior to our departure as we had to check out early before breakfast time! They were also punctual when it came to bringing our breakfast (very delicious & several mouth-watering options to choose from) directly to our hotel room. In addition, several touristic locations including The White Tower and the Archaeological Museum of Thessaloniki, bars, shopping and dining outlets are close by! Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to visit Thessaloniki!

the bathroom is very very small, I am unsure if I will call these rooms suites the breakfast is served in your own room, This might sound nice at first until you notice that there is no place to sit properly to eat, so you will have to sit on the bed, it wasn't after all so charming :-( the air conditioner didn't work, we had to open the window, but then we got the noise from the street during the entire night. However, they said they will fix this soon.

An absolute gem of a hotel. The decor was wonderful, very stylish (though a bit overdone with the lighting). The bed was massively comfortable, the shower and amenities were also fantastic. The breakfast was delivered to your room every morning (breakfast in bed makes it feel even more like a holiday) and even if they didn't always get it right, it was perfectly fine. We enjoyed our stay a lot.

There was no shelving in the bathroom and very little in the rest of the room. It seems like such a small thing, but that means you have nowhere to put your toiletries, toothbrush, makeup etc. Small but very important detail.

The room we stayed in had sea and city views. The design of the room was in a truly successful Victorian style. It was a spacious and useful room with high ceilings. They offer a very rich menu for breakfast, the varieties of which are prepared with care, as if from a famous chef of a luxury restaurant, and brought to your room at the time you want. Especially the pancake varieties and egg varieties were incredibly delicious and their presentations were very successful. The hotel is located close to the most decent and best venues of the city.

We loved our stay! The location is perfect—right in the center and within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and all the main attractions. The balcony was a lovely bonus, and the room was spotless. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. We were celebrating our anniversary and were pleasantly surprised with a bottle of wine in our room—such a thoughtful touch!

The room was quite small, so if space is important to you, it’s worth asking if a larger room is available. Breakfast is served in-room, but due to the limited space, it was difficult to enjoy it comfortably. While they provided a small foldable table, there wasn’t enough room to open it properly, and with only one chair, one of us had to sit on the bed. I asked for an extra chair to use on the balcony, but unfortunately, they asked us not to dine outside.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an incredible experience. The staff was extremely friendly and went out of their way to make sure I felt welcome from the moment I arrived. The hotel's central location made it easy to explore the city's main attractions, which was a huge plus. The rooms were surprisingly spacious, beautifully decorated, and provided a cozy atmosphere that made my stay even more enjoyable. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the housekeeping team did a fantastic job of keeping the room in perfect condition throughout my stay. Their attention to detail was impressive, ensuring that I always had fresh towels and a well-maintained room. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service, prime location, and comfortable, well-kept rooms. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit.

Gorgeous hotel, very carefully renovated and tastefully decorated by keeping original features but cleverly incorporating modern aspects of furniture and lighting. Friendly and capable staff. Very conveniently located. Although the hotel doesn't have parking facilities, there's a municipal parking lot across the street. The wifi was very good. The soundproofing of the room was good, blocking the city noise. The beds were very comfortable and the room temperature was good. I would recommend staying at this hotel.

The safe was too small to hold our iPads. There was a bad smell coming from the drain when we first arrived, but once the tap was on it went away. (I suppose it's expected from an old building).
