We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The location is very central, close to everything we needed. The apartment was clean and beautifully decorated. The breakfast was also very good, offering a nice variety of options. If I were to suggest one small improvement, it would be to extend the breakfast time until 11:00 AM instead of 10:30 AM. Having a parking spot available nearby in a paid public parking was another big plus. We would definitely love to return and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

The breakfast at Diamond Suites, Philian Hotels and Resorts, was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious and plentiful options to start the day. The location is superb, conveniently situated close to key attractions and amenities, making it ideal for exploring the area. Overall, a highly satisfying stay!

There was nothing to dislike—everything was perfectly fine, and the experience was enjoyable overall. No complaints at all!

The location is perfect, right next to all the attractions around the port and Ladadika. The room was very clean and the staff was super helpful. They did everything in their power to make our parking experience as painless as possible.

The great central location meant the arrival in a car was a bit stressful. The street is really narrow and you need to be an experienced city driver to navigate it. But the staff clearly communicated this beforehand so there is really nothing to complain about.

Room was nice. Breakfast was very good, with large selections. Staff was very helpful. The hotel is on a pedestrian street, so isn't obvious how to approach by car, but the hotel provided clear directions, allowing me to drive right to the front door. After unloading luggage, a staff member accompanied me to show me the parking location (very close to the hotel). Also, the hotel accommodated my request to leave my car for a few hours following check-out, which I greatly appreciated. Overall, a very positive experience and good value.

The accomodation not in time

Everything was great. The location is very central. Walking distance to most places. The staff was very helpful, nothing was too much trouble. We had booked a parking spot as well. The price is only 10 euros per day which is cheaper than most parking spaces in the city and very close to the hotel. The breakfast was probably the best part of our day. All the pastries freshly baked in the morning are to die for. We are definitely going back.

The hotel is in the center of Thessaloniki in a vibrant area with restaurants, bars, nightclubs, and taverns. You can also find attractions, shops, museums, and other things within walking distance. The rooms were clean (we stayed twice in this hotel) and relatively spacious and well-equipped. We had a good breakfast with several options including local food. There were baked goods, eggs, fruits, and delicious desserts. Also, I would like to praise the staff which was very professional and did everything they could to help us enjoy our stay there.

If they can invest in small renovations (the bathroom needs a small renovation) and update the TVs (no Netflix or screen mirroring), then it would be 10 out of 10. Now it's 9 out of 10 :)

This was our second visit to the hotel. Excellent location, in the heart of the vibrant Ladadika area with many restaurants and clubs all on narrow cobblestone pedestrian streets. The breakfast was delicious with lots of fresh local foods and all the staff were very friendly and helpful! They reserved a parking pass for us at the nearby parking lot; very convenient.

We stayed in the same room as before and I feel like the bed has become a bit too soft; otherwise the room was very comfortable.

The room was actually not a suite but still very good. Friendly helpful staff and a very good breakfast. A fantastic location in the middle of the city but still quiet and peaceful.

The doors to the bathroom. My teenage daughter didn't like that there were way too big gaps and that they couldn't be locked. Too few electrical outlets for modern people.
