The hotel is in a great location to enjoy the city. We came in May and it was quiet to sleep. The staff is very friendly. The hotel is modern and bath products are very nice ones. The breakfast is really good with a lot of homemade food and buffet style. Check-in and out was really easy.

The coffee was unfortunately not good and you had to pay extra for a cappucino or flat white. There was no cut fruit for breakfast. You had to turn on a light to get room cleaning. The first day we didn’t know and beds were not made or towels replaced. It strange this is not standard. In the bathroom there are not enough hooks to hang towels or clothes, and there are no tissues. Iron was supposed to be on the room but was not.

The property is very clean, luxurious, and at a great location. Parking is incredibly easy and safe (we made a special request during the booking and cost €15 per day). The room had received a deep clean prior to our arrival. The amenities are modern. The Wi-Fi is probably among the best I’ve ever encountered in Greece. The location is absolutely fabulous at the heart of the famous Ladadika neighborhood. The food selection is virtually limitless. I would recommend unreservedly as providing great value for money. The staff are hospitable and welcoming.

Our stay at NOA Hotel in Thessaloniki was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and outstanding service. One of the highlights of our stay was the amazing breakfast. The variety of fresh and delicious options made every morning special. Another fantastic feature was the free afternoon buffet, which is an incredible advantage, especially for families with children. The soup was absolutely delicious, and the selection of fresh fruits was excellent! The location is perfect, with easy access to the city’s main attractions. Additionally, the hotel provides a wonderful atmosphere with its beautifully scented soaps, adding a touch of luxury to our stay. The staff were exceptionally kind and polite, always ready to assist with a smile. Another great convenience is the secured parking lot right across the hotel, making it a top choice for those traveling by car. We highly recommend NOA Hotel for anyone visiting Thessaloniki, especially families looking for comfort, great food, and excellent service. We will definitely be back!

Thank you to Mr. Kristos who greeted us at the reception and said good morning with his sincere smile every morning. In our previous stays in Thessaloniki, the hotels were either very old or very poorly maintained. But this hotel is not like that. Besides being located in the center, it is a very clean and new hotel. You can walk almost everywhere. The breakfast is a little different than other hotels. Instead of offering products directly, they offer them in different flavors. Like sandwiches, pastries, croissants. We stayed in the signature suite and the room was really large and spacious. We really liked the ambience of the bathroom. We want to stay here again on our next trip. Also, I can't help but say; The smell of shower gels and shampoos in the bathroom was legendary.

Spotlessly clean bathroom and room, as if I cleaned it myself. Central location. Absolutely amazing staff. Free buffet with snacks, coffee, tea, water is a nice touch for a weary traveler in between errands.

Nothing bothered our stay, however one should keep in mind room size- ours for three was small, but comfortable for the short term stay and with a cabin luggage. With big suitcases it could have been inconvenient. View from window isn’t something to enjoy- unfinished construction site, but our room location in the middle kept us from the noise of the main street traffic and bars on the other side of the building.

I didn't receive the room that I booked, first the girl from the reception told me that she gave me an upgrade of the room that I booked. But, in reality, in my opinion the "upgraded" room was not good compared with the booked one. Finally I received another room but also different from the one that I booked. Regarding the parking, we didn't find places in their's parking, so we had to chose a public parking which was more expensive

Excellent location, right on the main road, near the boardwalk, about 10 min walk till the white tower. located in the starting point for many restaurants and shopping area - 5 min walk and you're there. No parking in the hotel, but they have a partnership with a parking nearby. Can get a little noisy at night, they put earplugs in the room - the noise didn't bother us, but you can take a higher floor, and you're set. The staff are very nice, the breakfast is very good - veggies, coffee, ham, eggs (ask for you own type if you want), bread, yogurt, fruits and more. The rooms are clean, air-condition was great (very important!). Wi-Fi is also good. for anything else, ask the staff. all in all, great value for money!

Pillows are a little hard, but after staying in several hotels, it seems like the style in Greece

Super friendly and helpfull staff, I can only confirm what other travellers have commented for individual staff. I also got a wonderful upgrade - thank you for this again. Room very nice size with modern decor I liked very much. And great firm bed, all looked new. The hotel is next to the harbour with restaurants and places to sit for a great sundowner and view over the sea; on the other side to the hotel you find several streets with loads of small tavernas and restaurants for smaller to bigger money, so no need to walk for long to have a decent dinner. Only minutes walk away from the old city - and shopping streets and more restaurants even - for me it was well located, even if my meetings took place 40 min walk away. The hotel is located on a busy street but with good isolated windows and this street leads you in some minutes walk to a very nice route along the coast towards the white tower. Finally, also to mention you did not hear any noise from adjoining rooms and no discussion to get an invoice at check out like in so many other hotels, unfortunately, but important for me as a business traveller. So, I will try to stay there again.

Nothing to do with the hotel

Breakfast was okay. Not outstanding and very luxurious, but everything you need was there. The best of this hotel is the location. Close to the sea and on the boarder of the area where life in the evening happens. Close to the main shopping streets. All at short walking distance.

For real? Nothing. Every day clean towels. Good soap and shower cream. More then friendly people. Best restaurant at 2 minutes walk. Sea view at 2 minutes walk.
