Location was great. Room was big and with good view

Breakfast although very cheap was not the best, bread had mold. After all it is the city but there is only parking near buy that is very expensive otherwise there is no parking

The hotel has a great position in the centre of the town. It is located very close to the port, Ladadika neighbourhood, Aristotelous square....The room was very spacious, clean, and our children like it. The bathroom was also great. The parking place is very close walking distance from the hotel, in the public garage, for 18 € per day. But in Thessaloniki you really don't need a car.We were here for almost 4 days and we saw many things on foot.It was easier and much more interesting.

The reception & restaurant staff is very kind, helpful and courteous (as is the cleaning team). A special mention goes to Anastasia at the front desk, her motto seems to be: "Impossible is nothing!" The hotel is located by the busy Tsimiski avenue, from where you have easy access to the sea or upscale shopping, but the avenue is really loud and polluted - luckily, the hotel isolates the outside noise well.

No proper storage space in the rooms. The adjacent restaurant "The Garden Bar" has good breakfasts with free water, but they only serve 1 cup of coffee for free - there should be no price tag on breakfast coffee when you have a buffet breakfast.

Unfortunately it was very noisy, even though I was on the third floor I could hear everything from outside. Furthermore I didn’t like that the sink was outside the bathroom right next to the entrance - it felt quite strange brushing my teeth next to my shoes. But the most unpleasant part was unfortunately the noise…

Very nice room and location and with the best coffee shop with excellent brunch and breakfast options.

Quite noisy at night since it is at Ladadika... But the hotel was proactive enough and provided earplugs :-)

Good location, although you cannot park without breaking the rules even to drop off luggage. Very cool building. We had a room with terrace (actually 2 terraces), very spacious, you have almost everything you need in the room and the restaurant/bar downstairs has good offerings. Special thanks to the guy from reception that came to our room to unlock the safe and get my son’s phone out, I wish all other employees were as helpful.

We had a nespresso machine but no electric kettle which is listed in the facilities list, good we were with friends and used the one from their room. Also the first night it was smelling extremely hard of paint and we had headaches and I was worried for the children as they breathe that. Also on our 2nd day we were out of the room from 8 to 12 and no one came to clean during our absence, they came when the baby was sleeping at 14, and took out the garbage only, did not leave capsules/tea, etc. Overall, I think the services provided could have been on a better level than they were.

Staff were extremelly helpful and polite. Location was excellent just a short walk from where we had our meetings. The room as such was comfortable with partial sea viw and full view of Tsimiski Ave., which is at the front of the hotel. the room was heated as it should, as the weather was pretty bad during our stay. Late lunch at the hotel restaurant on our arrival day was of excellent quantity and quality. We did not have any breakfast to express an opinion.

When the room was booked, we asked for a bed with a hard mattress and pillows, but the pillows were soft and the mattress was not hard. Also, the toilet paper was not the conventional roll, but came from a dispenser giving out one small piece at a time. To be fair, quality of the paper as such was fine though.
