Location was great. Room was big and with good view

Breakfast although very cheap was not the best, bread had mold. After all it is the city but there is only parking near buy that is very expensive otherwise there is no parking

The hotel has a great position in the centre of the town. It is located very close to the port, Ladadika neighbourhood, Aristotelous square....The room was very spacious, clean, and our children like it. The bathroom was also great. The parking place is very close walking distance from the hotel, in the public garage, for 18 € per day. But in Thessaloniki you really don't need a car.We were here for almost 4 days and we saw many things on foot.It was easier and much more interesting.

The personal is nice and caring. It was clean and beautiful. The place in the city is just amazing - close to the sea, restaurants, bars, beautiful old streets in the heart of Thessaloniki.

It is stated that there is a private parking which is true - there are private parkings in Thessaloniki. Unfortunately it isn’t mentioned that the hotel doesn’t have one and you should just go somewhere to park and pay additional for the private parking and go by foot with the luggage back to the hotel as you’re not allowed to stop on the street in front of the hotel. The personal was amazingly nice and helpful and the hotel is so nice but the information in Booking should be fixed as it’s obviously intentionally misleading.

The reception & restaurant staff is very kind, helpful and courteous (as is the cleaning team). A special mention goes to Anastasia at the front desk, her motto seems to be: "Impossible is nothing!" The hotel is located by the busy Tsimiski avenue, from where you have easy access to the sea or upscale shopping, but the avenue is really loud and polluted - luckily, the hotel isolates the outside noise well.

No proper storage space in the rooms. The adjacent restaurant "The Garden Bar" has good breakfasts with free water, but they only serve 1 cup of coffee for free - there should be no price tag on breakfast coffee when you have a buffet breakfast.

Very friendly and helpful stuff, excellent location, clean facilities

Unfortunately it was very noisy, even though I was on the third floor I could hear everything from outside. Furthermore I didn’t like that the sink was outside the bathroom right next to the entrance - it felt quite strange brushing my teeth next to my shoes. But the most unpleasant part was unfortunately the noise…

Perfect position right in the heart of Thessaloniki & very short walk to the port area. Many restaurants & bars on the doorstep The room was spotless clean, loved the bright colours of the paint work & furnishings. The welcome from the girl on the reception was very welcoming & thought about where to safely secure our cycles inside. The whole place bar/ restaurant had a very relaxed nice feel about it. Great breakfast for 15€ more than you could eat. We had a front room looking over a busy road but noise wasnt an issue, they supply earplugs. A great chocolate bakery across the road.

Bathroom abit teeny

The location of the hotel is fantastic – right in the center, very convenient for exploring the city. The rooms and common areas are clean and comfortable, creating a really pleasant atmosphere. The staff were outstanding – extremely friendly, professional, and always ready to help. We had an issue with lost luggage at a restaurant in town, and the hotel staff went above and beyond to assist us. Thanks to their support, our belongings were quickly recovered. One of the highlights for us was that the hotel is pet-friendly. They even provided treats for our dog, which was such a thoughtful gesture. Highly recommended – we’d definitely stay here again!

Very nice room and location and with the best coffee shop with excellent brunch and breakfast options.

Quite noisy at night since it is at Ladadika... But the hotel was proactive enough and provided earplugs :-)
