Central location, easy check-in and check-out. We didn't spend much time in the room, so it was fine.

During the nights we had the window opened and it is a bit noisy since the window is facing the street. Earplugs were needed. But I guess it is all the same in the center of Thessaloniki since it is a very vibrant city. In the bathroom we constantly had water on the floor as there is no shower door or curtains, so a mop or an extra cleaning towel would be useful, otherwise we have to use the towels. The bathroom furniture (the sink especially) is already a bit outdated, so some fixing or even a furniture change would be required. Parking in the center is challenging, but we decided to rent a car only after booking the accommodation. So if you have a car, we would recommend the big parking at the port, but it takes some time to find an empty space.

Excellent location, walking distance to the Aristotelis Square, the promenade and the city centre. The apartment (Kappa suite)is in a clean and quiet building. The communication with the manager of the apartment was extremely efficient and easy. It was very clean and offer all you need for a short stay. There is a parking garage close to the apartment, but also few more in the vicinity. Many good places around for dining, shopping or just strolling. Definitely our choice of accommodation again for our next stay in Thessaloniki!

It would be good if possible to make some improvements in the bathroom (the shower and the sink), but not a problem at all.

the location is perfect for the city, you can go remarkable places by walking. The apartment was clean and neat. there is a small kitchen , fridge and oven; I didnot use them that I preferred to have meal outside.

You need to have internet connection on the arrival day; host didnot give the code to get the keys, the day before arival. He sends it at noon on arrival day. Another issue is about car parking, If you travel by car , since the place is right in the middle of the city. We parked our car just across the building into parking place for 50 euros, for two days

The hot water doesn’t last very long so have to shower quickly. We booked last minute and didn’t have internet access until we arrived late at night. We couldn’t get ahold of the host when we arrived so we had to wait for them to respond with instructions before we could gain access.

Apartment is a short walk from Aristotelous Square in the centre of Thessaloniki. Bed is comfy, kitchen has everything required. Everything you could need for a short city break. When a problem did occur, Fiorela was very quick to respond and get things sorted out for us, even moving us into another room to make sure our stay was as comfortable as possible.

The apartment is very much functional over homely. Bed, kitchen, dining table all in one room. The building the apartments are in shares space with some office buildings on other floors. Would be difficult to live in for an extended period of time, unlike other options. This is personal preference though, and if you are just looking for a place to rest whilst exploring Thessaloniki you fill find everything you need here, along with a very attentive and responsive host.

Super clean apartment, comfortable bed and great location. The size of the room was also ideal.

The room didn't have a kettle. Also the shower really needs a door or its glazing rearranged. The shower gets all wet when having a shower.

The position is perfect, very central, close to the main square and all the main attractions, the sea, several restaurants, and the taxi station. The apartment is very large and bright. A coffee machine is available, as well as all the products that could be of use. Cleaning was perfect. The host has been super nice and helpful.

A bit loud at night, but that naturally comes from being so central.

Shower needs to be replaced as the spiral was not working properly and it was throwing water around. Also the rain shower on top was a bit malfunctioning

Everything was fine. The room was clean. The room was cleaned every two days. There is also a kitchen with basic utilities in it. For further questions or whishes, there was a possibility to contact the owner and he and his colleagues replied right away and they were very hospitable. For the next time I go to Thessaloniki, I will definitely go to the same appartment. All the important sites and the bus station are located near the appartment.

Great location, private access to apartment. Spacious. Many choices for restaurants, which were all walking distance. The beach was a minute away. And the shopping was too on the other direction.

As our stay was a weeks stay. A hybrid holiday and official matters. Thus, prefered to cook some days, but there was only a hub and no oven. No washing machine, but the landlady was generous to offer one so that's was very kind of her.
