The hotel is clean and renovated. The breakfast was good.

Location and parking. I asked to keep parking in fron of the hotel but they did not and we had to park in a parking place.

One of our best stays among our recent trips ! 10/10 ! Perfect. Great room with beautiful design and user friendly equipment. Super clean and new (the hotel opened in October 2021). Even a weighing scale available in the room ! Modern bathroom and comfortable bathrobes. Plenty of free toiletries. Large and very comfortable bed. The couch converted into a bed for children was very comfortable too. Delicious breakfast with various choice - available until 22h30!!! They made delicious breakfast- boxes as we needed to leave very early on our departure day. A welcoming basket is offered as a gift in the room with tasty snacks. Efficient and super kind staff, very helpful and polite. Very good wifi. Quiet location, but also very well connected to public transport, 2 min away from metro Demokratija and from several bus lines. Close to many restaurants, to nice coffeeplaces. There is a spa and fitness area but we did not have time to try it. Next time :)

It was perfect. One could say that the air-conditioning was not as strong and cold as it could be. But that's a personal preference.

A gem of a hotel. From the moment our taxi pulled up we were warmly greeted and our bags taken from the curbside into the hotel reception which was welcome air-conditioned. Check in was fast and our bags were brought to our room by reception immediately. Rooms are spacious and clean. The bathroom is big with his and hers showers and large basin. The reception desk staff were super and made some great recommendations for food in the area which were both spot on. If you like sushi Hanaya is a must for a visit. Breakfast was lovely and it's all a la carte which you can have at any time so whether you eat at 8am or 12pm it's available all day. They handled the return transport back to the airport so the whole experience was effortless. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Vanoro hotel is an excellent value-for-money option for a stay at Thessaloniki city centre. I cannot stress enough the quality of its interior -rooms and common spaces-, their equipment and overall aesthetics, as well as of the service by its highly professional staff. All these assets, coupled with the hotel’s exquisite breakfast, served all day long (!), and its excellent location to stroll around Thessaloniki’s city centre and sea front, at a very reasonable price, turn each stay into an utterly satisfying experience! Highly recommended!

A pleasant hotel, cozy atmosphere. Good location in city center. Hotel parking free of charge (on a first come first serve basis, as number of spots is limited). VERY helpful staff (entire frontdesk team, room cleaning). Spacios room, lighted room, comfortable bed, very spacious bathroom.

Pillows are too big/thick, one cannot use them for sleeping. Breakfast is very good, but the process of taking order by the staff is slow especially around 8:30-9:30am. Breakfast hours start at 7:00am (not before). Take away packages we got were basic.

Everything was perfect. Firstly, the kind lady from the reception moved her car so we can park in front of the hotel. Than we had a reservation for the spa and she gave us a little tour of the facilities. It was my birthday and the receptionist noticed that and when we got to the room after the spa a cake was left at our room for me. The spa has sauna, fitness and a jacuzzi and it was only for us for an hour. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is very beautiful. The breakfast was very delicious and the restaurant is very sweet. The location is close to the center seaside street and the city center square by foot.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and high-quality hotel, perfectly located in the heart of Thessaloniki. The staff is absolutely amazing – friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The breakfast at the hotel’s restaurant was outstanding, with delicious food that we could enjoy at any time of the day, which was such a great bonus. Everything in the hotel is new, modern, and of excellent quality. I definitely recommend this place – it’s truly a gem in the center of the city!

The hotel is very comfortable, with a beautiful interior and a good central location. It is 8-10 minutes walk from the sea side and from Ladadika district, with nice restaurants, bars and shops. The room was spacious, nicely decorated, very clean, with a comfortable bed. The staff was wonderful, very polite and helpful. They found a spot for our car and answered all our questions. The breakfast was also really nice! The wellness area is small but cosy and private enough since you book for a specific time interval. We really enjoyed our stay! Thank you! 🙂

We had a generally pleasant stay. The room was very comfortable, very clean, and well-maintained. The location of the hotel was excellent for us. Reception team was very pleasant.

However, the breakfast service definitely needs better organization and supervision. The staff seemed uncoordinated, and service was inconsistent. Orders were forgotten or brought in the wrong order, and one day we were served spoiled milk with cereal. Different waiters served the same table, causing confusion and delays.
