Excellent breakfast; Parking on site, underground parking (reasonable priced); Staff is friendly; The rooftop pool and bar were the best way to relax and enjoy while still in the hotel. Beds were clean, nice, good pillows;

I had to extend my stay with one more day, maybe the reception stuff didn't explain their price in the best way (it was higher than price in booking, but did not explain it already included breakfast) so that's the only flaw I had (and I extended through booking) Maybe some minor renovations will be needed soon overall. There were no bath-robes, I think it is a must to a 4-star hotel. Also, SPA was unclear if it was working, or only massage service possible on demand. Maybe letting outside clients to rooftop bar may sometimes make it too crowded.

We spent three days for New Years Eve and everything was great! The room was clean and very warm due to the central heating which feels better than the air co. The beds are very comfortable. The hotel has parking. It is situated walking distance from the city centre (15 min). The new metro stops just nearby if you do not like walking. The breakfast is very good. The rooms towards the main boulevard can be noisy but ours looked at the backside and it was calm. There are stores on the windows and during the night it is very dark which is very important for us when we sleep. This hotel is not brand new and shiny but overall great value for money!

The hotel might use a bit of renovation. Some rooms can be a bit noisy although not of them, it is a question of luck. In the parking there is a charging station for electric cars but it needs to be booked in advance.

We booked parking in the underground car park at a rate of 10 euro per day. We didn't have a clue how to find the parking so I popped into reception and they immediately showed me and explained with a detailed map. This was very helpful and allowed us to get straight into the car park and into the hotel. The room was a lovely size, clean, modern, great facilities. The food was lovely. We had an evening meal in the restaurant and breakfast too. It was all really nice and very good quality.

Located just a short walk from the tourist areas of Thessaloniki. Great breakfast buffet with huge selection and multiple coffee machines so no queues. Room was comfortable and clean and staff were helpful and pleasant.

Roof top pool is a great facility but a bit small for the number of rooms in the hotel and the number of families staying in the week we were there. No bar facility after 11pm.

Location: - 20 minutes by foot to Ferries station to reach the beaches - 5 minutes by foot to Train station and Bus station - 30 minutes by foot to White Tower - 20 minutes by foot to restaurants area and the boardwalk - 10 seconds by foot to convenience store Cleanliness: - Rooms are tidied daily. Bed sheets are changes daily. - Pool is clean and well maintained. Free clean pool towels. Good selection of food and drinks. - Friendly staff. Beds: - On the harder side by that is a good thing for the correct posture during sleep. Other: - Great selection for breakfast and a traditional Greek bakery 1 minute away by foot, baking daily pitas, cake. etc.

- A bit noisy due to proximity of the main boulevard and the air cons.

Staff very friendly, everywhere very clean. We had a suite, 2 queen size beds and a jacuzzi bath. Heaven!!! Private underground parking available for a supplement, very useful. Not the cheapest of hotels but well worth the money. About a 20 minute walk to the seafront. Excellent buffet breakfast , lots of choice. Bar prices good value. The highlight was the rooftop pool was not meant to open until mid May but was open! So lovely to relax and swim after sightseeing. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Nothing, but if I had to say something, paper cups in room for hot drinks. Would have preferred china ones.

Great option for us as Capsis hotel has rooms for 3 adults. This was great for me to stay with family whilst I worked in the city. The roof pool was a major reason for choosing the hotel. Off street parking was a good extra.

The hotel is looking tired in places but everything works just fine. We might have eaten an evening meal on the hotel but couldn’t find any info in the room about menu or price.

The pool on the rooftop was really amazing. It was really hot days when we were staying in the city, and being able to use the pool on the rooftop with the family was awesome! We also really enjoyed the breakfast buffet, it had a really wide selection and fresh produces.

The family room was really spacious, but could use a bit of a refresh. Also the corridors could use a bit of a renovation.

Location. Roof top pool and bar. Rich breakfast. Relatively quiet and clean.

Too expensive for the quality of the room. No central air-conditioning. Room was worn out. Bathroom faucet was so weirdly placed that you can kill yourself if you trip in the bath tube. Elevators are slow and unoptimized. Pool bar menu card says "fruit salad 6€" but on the receipt it was for 7€ which is not ok.

The staff at the hotel are professional, knowledgeable in several languages, and made me feel like a VIP on arrival. I liked that the property is close to several shops, restaurants, and a bus station (where you can catch the bus to other cities in Greece and neighboring countries). The hotel offers several amenities and has a very luxurious feel, but offers room at very affordable rates in a location that is within walking distance of several major landmarks. During my stay, I enjoyed a delicious lunch at the hotel's bar and I got to try several local Greek dishes during breakfast. I enjoyed this hotel very much and the service and ambience of the place far exceeded my expectations. If I ever come back, I truly hope to stay here again!

I wish the Hammam and spa that were on the property had been running during my stay. I also wish that the rooftop pool had been open and that the mini-bars inside the rooms would offer more than just bottled water.
