We chose this property because it was very close to a night club where we attended a concert so the location was perfect for us although it is far from the city centre and far from other facilities such as shops and restaurants. It was easy to park. Rooms were quite big and comfortable. There wasn't noise although the night club is just next door and many people park in front. The hosts were very kind. The reception do not work 24/7 so keep it in mind if you arrive late.

It could use some renovation but overall good value for money.

It is very convenient, we just stayed there to sleep for few hours before a flight home. We had to check in very late at night and the key was left in a coded box, everything worked perfectly. We also asked for a morning taxi to the airport and it was arranged by the receptionist that we only contacted via booking.com. The room was very ok, clean and beds were comfortable.

Well I wouldn't recommend a night walk from the Harbour to the hotel, it is not far, just the neighborhood is little bit rough 😉

Overall, the conditions were very good for the price.

The location is good and quiet in a secluded spot away from the city bustle yet very close to amenities and the centre. At the same time, it is true that there is a group of homeless people who ,,live" about 50-100 meters from the place. We had no problem with them whatsoever. They didn't touch cars and were not aggressive. I walked past them a few times. At the same time they give a feeling of insecurity in the area.

The apartment is spacious and cute, you have everything you need in it…the terrace is comfortable, in the apartment you also have a microwave, and 2 coffee machines, a toaster, glasses, an ironing board. It is very close to the center and has a good price-quality ratio.

the apartment is in an industrial zone and there are no residential buildings in the area, therefore not many people. Do not walk alone in the neighborhood at night.

The toilet was tiny and squeezed between the wall and the shower cabin. For someone with some extra pounds it will be literally impossible to use without breaking the cabin door. Furthermore, the area, although it's a 10 minutes drive to the centre, it looks underdeveloped and sketchy.

we arrived late and the keys were conveniently placed in a lock, with the password messaged to us, so checkin was simple. the building is generally new so it feels clean, and so do sheets. there was a coffee machine in the room and an electronic fireplace, nice perks. the reception was friendly. overall, very good value.

its in the port area, so surroundings are not the most bustling. we discussed that we would not have parked the motorcycle for multiple days in front of the building but we had no problems.

Room was nice and clean. Staff was very kind and helpful. You can easily get out of the city from this location or get to the center of the city.

The hotel is located in an industrial zone so you might meet some homeless people around the property and the casual drinkers here and there. There's also a club nearby that can make some noise but wasn't that horrible though.

The location of the hotel was a little disturbing,you could hear noises of the other rooms,somehow they installed something in the middle of the night.Also the parking was free but there were too many homeless people laying outside After all the service was too warm and welcoming, the room was a good value for money.

Great place - Amazing neighborhood! Place was spacious , clean , overlooking green trees , the mattress and heating system was a big plus ! Fast internet and espresso machine with some treats was also nice . Communication with the host was easy giving us nice tips for the neighborhood. Walking distance to historical center.
