Breakfast ok for a " greek 5 star hotel " . Nothing to say negative . Very clean room and hotel . Ok for services excepted the time bus for center . Parking ok . Need to have a taxi for center 6-7 EUR / but ok if look for a nice beer or ouzo . Fine wifi internet . Not more space if look for business problems in room .

Personel atitude . Was not in negative way or other issue , but all look as they are superior race and the other down . Not like this , have to be all in a frinedly mood . Sorry have not any problems , but you feel when things are not ok . Even on breakfast was same atitude .

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. Τhe staff was professional, and helpful. Check-in was smooth and quick. The room was spacious and clean and the bed was exceptionally comfortable.Everything was exactly as advertised, if not better. I had requested an early check-in in advance, and the staff was more than happy to accommodate me, which made a huge difference after a long journey.

Great place, lovely staff, I’m totally in love with Porto Palace Hotel. 5 minutes from the city center by taxi, the taxis are less than 6 euro for the route. Excellent and brand new fitness center for people like me who love to workout. Very good breakfast! I’m very thankful for everybody who I met at the front desk. Amazing and so kind and friendly. They deserve the best!

Staff were very nice and helpful. Not in the city centre but has a transfer that take us to the city centre and back (upon a fixed schedulle). Quiet location. Facilities and venue very friendly, comfortable and accessible. The room was excellent, comfortable bed and pillows. Air conditioner, wifi. Good breakfast with a variety of offers. Very nice roof top bar (and food service).

The staff are all very friendly , polite and professional. The restaurant cuisine is very nice, all the dishes are extremely good. The breakfast is also excellent. There is free parking. There are all necessary amenities in the room. The rooms are silent, without any disturbing noises.

A bigger desk and chair in the room would be very helpful.

- very clean rooms, room service cleans daily. - cozy room - we were there for a wedding and they upgraded our room to an executive suite, which was very nice. - a small but nice gym - rooftop bar was nice for a drink in the late evening, the food was okay.

- The hotel interior lacks personality and liveliness, the dining area is dark and uncozy. - The breakfast is same every day, not so much to choose from, needs more variety. Coffee is good.

The room is very spacious and clean. The bed is huge and very comfortable. The breakfast has a huge variety of sweet and salty treats. There is a free parking. Overall very good experience.

The only thing that I didn't like is the AirCo system. It was very difficult to reach the right temperature. It was or too cold, or too warm.

A very nice hotel. Super clean, comfortably furnished. Gentle, minded staff warned me for not changing my room, as it is better than i insisted. I choosed my room from booking and mentioned my stay as “pleasure”. This choice is supposed to mean that a large bed rather than two beds. I strongly should mention the breakfast. Fresh materials, a very diverse taste ranged customers would fullfill their criteria. The localisation is a little bit far from the hearth of the city but it still in the walking distance range. The building should had been a warehouse or something, as it re-done as pleaurably as much. The rooms are big and full of sun light. I totally enjoyed my stay in Thessaloniki

I had an amazing stay at Porto Palace as every detail was carefully taken care of. The room was exceptionally equipped with everything a business traveler could ask for, the staff accommodated extremely quickly and effectively a couple of ad hoc requests as I had a last minute 'equipment emergency' and had to find chargers for my laptop and cell phones that would work with Greek plugs (a personal thank you to Nikos who went over and above to help me out), and lastly but not least the breakfast was to die for! I highly recommend it and I am looking forward to staying again at my next business trip in Thessaloniki.

Perfect accommodation for a short visit in Thessaloniki, close to the city center, but also to the highway exit. Special thanks to the yesterday’s receptionist who was very helpful and gave is nice recommendations.
