The hotel is located near the port, outside the city's strict centre, but offers easy access to it through public transport or the hotel bus. It has a modern, and functional design. The room was spacious and clean, with long, comfortable beds and big balcony. The bathroom was also spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast offered a variety of local food, which was fresh and tasty. The staff was very friendly and helpful - we asked for an electric kettle which wasn't provided as standard in the room, and we got one. We also appreciated having access to an indoor swimming pool:)

Staff were very polite and welcoming. They gave us lots of good advice on were to explore in town. Breakfast buffet was superb with excellent service. Pool facilities were great, with 360 view of the city. Hotel free shuttle was very good for getting to town. Room was excellent, very comfortable bed, spacious and clean. In a quiet area. Very relaxing stay and lovely hotel.

Due to the location we needed to book taxis to go out to dinner and come back, as the shuttle stopped at 6, however the hotel were very good at arranging these for us, and they arrived quickly. Taxis were only €4 -6 each way. Booking.com was a bit odd to use, as we thought we'd booked for a room for two people, but then needed to adapt the booking and pay extra for a second person. However the hotel arranged a free upgrade for us.

Excellent hotel, with very attentive staff. The breakfast is exceptionally good, with a wide range of dood, including Greek specialities. fantastic roof terrace, with a lovely pool and a well stocked bar.

The nightclub right outside the hotel. On Friday and Saturday nights, the noise started at 0100 and continued thumping away until 0500. The hotel is located a 20 minute walk away from town, with not much in the way of bars or restaurants nearby. The shuttle bus was a bit hit or miss, in terms of the days it was running. At least the taxis were cheap.

It is an excellent hotel, unfortunately in not a good location. However, if you come for business, rely on taxi or shuttle provided by hotel, the location is not a major problem. Actually, the location does not look nice but it seems to be safe. The center of the city with its tourist promenade is just 2 km away. The hotel is really enjoyable, it has a nice modern design, everything functional, it is clean and well maintained. It has a very nice swimming pool on its roof that is big enough to allow swimming. I stayed 7 nights and liked it. I am sure I would stay again.

- The design of the hotel & art decoration - The rooms were of generous size - Amazing rooftop pool - The Staff was very attentive - Facilities were generous - Shuttle bus to the city centre & back (ca. 10 minute drive)

- Location (the street of the hotel looked derelict and somewhat rough, but we chose this location as it was around the corner from our client for business purposes) - There is no formal dining room if you want to have dinner inside - Sometimes I woke up from the traffic on the other side of the street but I got used to it after 2 days or so

Very nice and well-rounded hotel. Staff very willing to help - they saved my life with coffee and pain killers. They speak very good English. Spacious room, comfortable big bed, quiet surrounding. Not bad breakfast, even if you're not into Greek cousine, you'll find something good to eat.

Basically it was all fine, but if i were to find something, it would be noises from corridor. i would love the facilities (gym, pool) were opened longer hours. I was working quite late, so I couldn't use it. Shame.

The outdoor pool/bar was very chilled House keeping - room was kept tidy all the time Room and beds especially were comfortable

Roof top pool working hours 10-18??, would ve been so much better if it was open 8-20 Some of the staff at breakfast were bit rude (didn't expect someone to grab my glass out of my hand as it was "the wrong one" ) If someone is unaware about the location before booking - it's 10min walk through a dodgy /looking unsafe area, we didn't have any problems walking late at night,but might be adventurous for some

Pretty much everything - our room was spacious with good air-conditioning; the pool and sky bar area is comfortable with helpful staff and a good menu for food and drinks; the gym and spa in the basement are in good condition with helpful staff. It is a 15/20 minute walk into town, but the hotel runs a free shuttle service into the town centre every hour, so you don't need to pay for a taxi (unless you're later than about 10pm).

The only thing is that the WiFi isn't the strongest - I found that it dropped a lot at the pool. But very minor dislike!

Great hotel, food, big clean rooftop pool & fun bar, minibus to the city centre. Most importantly Excellent service, the staff helped us with getting twin beds for our daughters, on the same floor as us, and even upgraded our room to enable that. In addition their restaurant recommendations for the evening were great. We’ll go back! Note it’s near a working port so the view down from the pool to the sea shows that as well as the rest of the city skyline.

Pool is fabulous… but didn’t open until 10am! ;)

Everything was amazing and what you would expect from a 5 star property. Spotless, exceptional service etc. The spa was amazing. George gave a great massage and was a good personal trainer. We also got facials which were accompanied by great upper body massages but the procedures in the facials could have been more exfoliating and maybe some suction or something. It was just a face massage and some lotions and potions.

The service was exceptional and all done with respect and a smile EXCEPT 2 of the wait staff at the roof top pool. They were dead in the voice. Dead in the eyes and horrible service, disappeared, problems with billing, forgetting ketchup and mayo after three requests that it finally came after we were done with our meal. The other girls up there were soooo sooo friendly and helpful and courteous and eager to please and were so so kind. And we loved them.
