The price. €49 for one night (24 to 26 May 2024) in a twin room with balcony and a view of the countryside, a good breakfast included, is hard to beat. The staff was very helpful, attentive, cheerful and welcoming. The hotel is situated in the countryside, just off a main road, and 25 km (30 minutes) from the centre of Thessaloniki. Parking my hire car was free at the hotel whereas hotels in Thess generally don't have parking (park nose to tail on the street if you can find a spot - which you can't - and risk scratches and scrapes on your hire car) or else it's "parking in a nearby private car park for €15 or €20 per day". I have read some terrible reviews of this hotel going back several years which list all manner of complaints. They were possibly valid at the time but not any more. The hotel is under new management and has been upgraded. It is not a new hotel but it is clean and comfortable and I am happy to recommend it. Red-rumped swallows were nesting in an alcove and it was a joy to see them zooming in and out. We don't have them in Ireland.

The swimming pool was not available as it was out of season - the same in other hotels. There is no lift/elevator but it's only a few steps up to the room and the staff was anxious to carry the luggage for us.

The hotel was a little out of the city - you definitely need a car to get there. But we knew that when we booked and were happy with the location as it was quiet and had plenty of parking. The breakfast was very basic but adequate and definitely a bonus at this price point. The rooms were a bit dated but clean and functional. The outdoor pool and gardens looked lovely and clean but unfortunately it rained when we were there so we were unable to enjoy the outdoor area.

The rooms did not have any tea/coffee making facilities and no drinking water was provided in the rooms. However, there was a water cooler in the dining room so we made sure to fill up our water bottles before going to our rooms.

For the price that i ve paid , it was decent . Don t have big expectations because it is a hotel near a highway and it s just for tranzit !! You don t have any amenities in the room , just a small fridge . Breakfast is very basic and after 09:00 you will be lucky to catch some food 😅 The girls from the reception were very nice !

In the bathroom it was a strange smell from the pipes . It was a cleaning made like in a hotel with over 50 rooms . You can easely have a sleep and then go to your destination

For us it was important to have the accommodation along the main highway with free parking and pet friendliness, so this hotel ticked all the boxes. They also have a restaurant for evening meals and free breakfast, which all was excellent since we arrived after 9pm. It's really easy to walk the dog in the morning, as the hotel is surrounded by quiet country roads. My child loved the kittens living in the hotel area and played with them. In the summer there's also a pool and it's an easy 30 minutes ride from downtown Thessaloniki, where we went for a day trip.

Very nice and friendly staff, no problem communicating in English, clean room, breakfast included (although serving the same thing each morning), huge parking, nice view from the room. Excellent price to quality ratio.

Very thin walls, but that could be expected. Also close proximity to the highway-type road made the room more noisy.

Very comfortable stay - the location is outside Salonic, but it's easy to reach the city. Is very quiet, enough space for parking, the rooms are clean and big and, very important, our dog was welcomed 😊 Breakfast - good, we had lots of things to choose from. Value for the money, we would stay again.

The room was very comfortable, breakfast was quite decent for winter season, there is plenty of parking space.

Distance from city center of Thessaloniki is enough, so it is not recommended for frequent rides to city. The last 50m of the road to the hotel are in quite bad condition and need your attention to avoid car damage. The arrangement of the bath and the toilet is not helpful at all and certainly needs rearrangement.

Road to hotel (the last 100 meters when go of the main road) needs some renovation. Some problems with electricity - lamp near bed turns on and of by itself

Nice hotel, just next to the highway, so convenient for an overnight stopover. Nice and comfortable room. Helpful staff. Very good coffee for breakfast.

The bathroom is narrow and there is a problem with the drainage of water from the shower tray. Error in the description of the property: one building has no elevator and we have to climb steep stairs to the 1st floor. Breakfast so-so, 1 hour before the end, there was almost nothing left. We had to ask for something hot (omelette), vegetables, ham,

We had overnight stay with two kids with late arrival, and Assembly hotel was the best solution for us. It was absolutely worth it's money, we had everything for comfort rest and even breakfast. Don't expect five stars, but it's splendid alternative to sleeping in car at the roadside.

At 9 a.m. the breakfast was about to end and juice ran out. No black tea available (however, it's common place in Greece, so if you are tea-addicted just have a dose with you).
