Since we usually travel with our cat, we selected Lazart mainly because of its pet friendly status. And pet friendly it is! We had the warmest welcome, accompanied with a gift toy to our furry friend! Our room was spacious, good quality linen and matres, excellent view from the balcony and complementary coffee and bottled water. The bathroom is well equipped with both bathtub and shower. Breakfast is superb, with a wide selection of everything, including Thessaloniki local bread roll (koulouri) and custard pie (bougatsa). If I had to choose its best feature, it would be that all areas where sparkling clean!

Everything was perfect.

Everything was great, hotel is great, location for us was perfect since we attended the concert in the nearby Moni Lazariston, which is literally 5 feet away. We arrived early, and we were let to use the hotel outdoor pool and facilities, which was great. They also upgraded our room for no extra fee, which we appreciate. The breakfast was verygood, with good variety of food. The hotel staff was very polite and profesional. Overall, would recomend.

Only downside was the operating hours of the pool (11.00 - 19.00) which on hot days like these is a kind of disapointment. That does not affect our overall expereince, but if possible, extend the working hours...

Private parking is nearby. 7. Exceptional staff, the reception was courteous and helpful. 8. We love the night band at the verandah. Lively music and songs were relaxing after dinner. Overall, our 2 nights stay was a wonderful experience. Anna looked after us very well. At first, I was disappointed with the first room given to us on the 6th floor. However, Anna worked on this and resolved the issue promptly with a better room offering. She is always helpful in our needs such as ice buckets, room keys, dinner arrangements, etc. Indeed, Anna was instrumental in our unforgettable experience at the Ramada. She is great. She did a fantastic job on hospitality and customer service. I will endorse your hotel to my friends and will book again in your hotel in my future visit in Athens.

The old style elevator with double door and bifold doors was a unique experience. It dies the job. I got used to it after the first use.

We booked a suite because we traveled with our two daughters the rooms are really big and all the thing you are expecting from a 5 star hotel where there: coffee and tea facility, minibar (full) water for free, bathroom products bathrobe, Iron, ext. The breakfast was mixed greek an continental. We had only a one night stay but if i'am in the area again i will defiantly stay in this hotel again (also they had a little gift for my girls with the check out very kind!!) Just a little extra information I traveled with a electric car there is also a option to charge the car but i will advise to build out the chargers to at least 3 AC-Chargers 11kW or even 7,4 kW will be enough to charge overnight because there are many cars on the road these days I was lucky that the charger was free!!

The room was prefect but we missed the slippers and a little welcome sweets or chocolate would make the stay even more prefect. Also maybe the tv should be upgraded to internet facility (Netflix,Youtube,Disney Plus) But isn't a thing just a point for later. The only point is that the city center on Thessaloniki is a little far you can't walk the distance with kids but with a taxi its possible to do!!

Really classy and clean, staff went over and above to make our stay the best experience, the pool area was so lovely.

It was just a bit too far from the city buzz for us, however don’t let that put you off , it is a nice area theres a coupke of restaurants/bars and shops within walking distance, you will beed a taxi to get into the centre. The hotel can book tgese hut id suggest downloading Uber as they done better prices

Extremely helpful and professional staff, super-polite at every level. This is a really well managed hotel.

The internet is poor if you are using an iPad. I didn't test my laptop, but my mobile worked perfectly. I believe the wifi may be optimised for mobile, but please check that with the hotel to be sure.

The cleanliness and location of the hotel was good, they upgraded our room. We stayed in a large room, and we were able to check out early because we were leaving for another location in the morning. The employees were attentive and helpful.

Since the bathtub in the bathroom was high, even though I got off with a platform, I slipped on the floor and had difficulty keeping my balance because the glass was movable. A device should be placed there to hold on or the glass should be fixed.

Breakfast was very good with high variety to choose from. Staff very friendly and helpful, they even gave us our room earlier than check-in time. At the pool there was a lifeguard and the pool was very clean and well maintained.

The rooms were a bit outdated, not all rooms has balconies and I was expecting a bit more modern furniture for a 5 star hotel. Also, the pool shedule was very short, it was only open between 11 am and 7 pm.

The hotel exceeded my expectations, the room was plenty big, the bathroom was also spacious and had all the amenities. the hotel pool despite being small, was still perfect and not crowded at all. The breakfast was super nice, and had many varieties. The coffee machine in the room made a delicious esspresso to start your day properly. staff was very friendly and helped with the parking, you could drop off your keys at the recepion and they would provided vallet services.

the mattress on the extra bed was very firm, could not sleep on it at all. other than that all was perfect.
