Stayed at Andromeda for one night, and I wish they had been more. Got a deluxe room with fabulous side-sea view from the balcony - the room itself was full of mirrors and had all amenities I needed. The staff ever so friendly and helpful. I had been travelling around the Balkans and I was only using Thessaloniki as a departure point due to direct flight, but next time I will stay longer and explore better this surprisingly wonderful city - and stay here again.

The balcony needs some attention

The hotel location is fantastic to visit the city and surroundings. It's "round the corner" per each interesting part of the city. in a side road of the coastline so that it's quiet, but at 50 steps away from it. The furniture of the rooms is very cozy and nice, the rooms are very clean and the staff is very helpful. reception 24 hours is very comfortable and safe.

No breakfast is served, the solution proposed is to go in one of the many cafeterias around.

Oh, where to start. We had a beautiful room with strategically placed mirrors. The room was very clean, the reception friendly and professional. The hotel is in a great area with lots of beautiful restaurants, near the pier promenade. Right around the corner is a very good restaurant with a view of the sea. The hotel itself is an eclectic mixture of old European chic and modern elements. We will definitely come back here!

Everything was great. It has a central location close to everywhere. The room was big and you have everything you can need in the room. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We felt like home.

Wifi was bad, probably it is because our room was at the corner so connection was bad.

They do not have parking spaces. We had to park the car at a parking lot near the location, but we’ve paid a lot. 30€ for 24h. The pillows are too big and uncomfortable. The a/c is not proper for the high temperatures

Location was super, the reception boy was really helpful, i really recommend this place.

This is not for the property but finding a parking spot it was impossible on Saturdays in Thessaloniki. If someone needs this: 700m from the hotel it was a parking place with 6 floors named "Grand Parking".

We had a lovely short stay. The accommodation was comfortable. The staff was welcoming and attentive. We had enjoyable experience. We would gladly return and highly recommend it to others.

The TV is very small for the room size and the room type. It seems like a Hidden shelf.

The location is excellent; it's up to you where you can see. For me, it's close to the area that I want to see. The only thing that disappointed me was parking for my motorbike. Everyone with a motorbike knows we want to see the motorbike in front of us. There is no option to park in front of the hotel, although there are parking spaces.

The location, the staff and the check in/check out process were excellent. Everything else is as expected for a 4 star hotel.

The hotel is old, it needs some renovation, the cleanness is not satisfactory, the floors were squeaking and there was a small cockroach in our room.

Excellent location, a big room, nice staff and a comfortable bed.

The room lacked attention to detail. There were bits falling off, the heat detector was coming off the ceiling. The sheets did not fit the bed properly, and kept rucking up. The shower was very poor in the evening.
