Firstly, the apartment 23 in which we stayed last weekend was incredibly clean, including the bedding and towels. The cleanest apartment we've ever been in, for sure. Literally we were amazed by its cleanes. The faucets were like mirrors. The apartment is very spacious and has all the utilities that you need even for a longer stay. The location is great, only 10 minutes walk to the main landmarks in the city center. As we can say for apartment 23, all the negative comments we've read are only hate comments and nothing else. The receptionist Ms Sophia was so kind and helpful in every meaning of these words. She helped us with every information we needed and was always ready with her smiling face to answer all the questions we had. This apartment 23 will be our only future choice for a stay in Thessaloniki. Nothing to dislike.

Big and clean apartment, on location in the center. 2 bedrooms with double beds and a coach in the leaving room, so it would be suitable even for 5 people

phenomenal apartments. Polis Apartments is for sure the best in value for money we ever got. They have everything you need for a short or long stay. We stayed one night, but honestly we could stay here for a month. As a stop of a longer trip we were positively surprised to see a washing machine in the apartment. The location is great, just 15 min walk to Ladadika, the historical center and the city's port and promenade (paraliaki). Parking around the area was easy to find within a reasonable 10 min walk radius. Will be definitely staying here again!

A minor thing I can think of is the elevator internal doors which fold as they close, so if you stay to close to the corner of the opposite door it feels like you will get stuck within them.

Everything was fine, The room was clean, spacious and warm. It had everything someone might need for a short stay. Also there was a quite big balcony with street view.

The only minor inconvenience was the location and the parking, which is the same anywhere in the city center, so it doesn't apply to the apartment specifically, rather than the whole city of Thessaloniki.. Also there was some noise because of traffic in early hours.

Nice apartment with two rooms.It was clean and fhe location is close to the main touristic aria (around 30 minutes walking).The hotel has an agreement with a private parking for 12 euro per 24 hours.

The location is on a road which is very noisy (as almost everywhere in Salonic) and unfortunatelly, the building doesn't have a proper sound isolation.You will hear during night almost everything from ourside.

We were 4 adults and stayed for one night in the apartment on the fourth floor, the building has a safe elevator (compared to other buildings in Thessaloniki). It was very spacious, clean and comfortable with a nice outdoor balcony. Very close to the main streets and some nice restaurants and about a 15 minute walk to the port if you need to catch a ferry. Excellent communication with the staff before arrival and Yiota at the reception was very friendly and helpful during the check in process.

great location super nice staff, they had a laundry mat next door which was super convenient, but they also had a washing machine in the room itself. the location was a walking distance from everywhere we wanted. Plus they have an agreement with a parking lot which dose makes things more comfortable.

We payed parking 12 euroes per day at private garage, 100 meters from Polis. There is small kitchen, but with everything you need. Location is great, just like max 10 minutes walking down to the centre and sea. Across street there is supermarket and near by so many bakeries and coffee shops. We will come back for sure

Cozy apartment, well located with all kind of comforts and amenities! The Receptionist was super friendly. They also offer luggage lockers for free which is very convenient and comfortable especially if someone has to take a flight late afternoon! Highly recommended!
