It was very clean, the reception guys were very helpful even though my Spanish is very beginner level. Felt safe coming and going at all hours. Good location, next to a lot of shops where you can refill up on drinks/food. Bathroom amenities were nice. Room was nice and cool and comfortable.

Room wasn't huge, but not a big deal for me. You are smack dab in the middle of a very busy part of the city, so the noise can sometimes be a bit much especially when trying to sleep. Can't really blame the hotel for that however, it's a big city with tons of people in it, noise is unavoidable.

Great place across from a park ..Jardin de Arte.. with lots of pleasent things happening. Our room was comfortable and clean. The resturant was ok for breakfast but i preferred the great empanada and coffee place a few doors away. The bed was too hard for one of us but comfortable for the other. The pool is ok for kids, but too shallow and small for a swim. Overall really good value for money.

Location excellent, 45 minute walk to historic district, 15 to several different monuments. Outstanding staff, always happy to help. Very comfortable bed and silky smooth sheets. Fabulous rooftop pool terrace, perfect for relaxation after long day in high temps. Lobby is a nice area with cool coffee table books where you can comfortably and quietly meet up with friends, wait for transportation, and just chill outside your room.

Pool needs to be kept a bit cleaner.

Great location. View over a large park. Great rooms. Underground parking for free. We really liked this place.

We got a place here because of the pool, but we didn't get in because it seemed a little dirty. But, the good definitely outweighed the bad for this place.

Pool was a bit dirty, our window couldn’t close and if the neighbours were talking/watching tv, you could hear it.

A staff member of the breakfast room did not turn of the TV although I was alone in the restaurant

The staff was so friendly and helpful. The location is very good for exploring the main city attractions and you have many good restaurants to go buy anything you need, even two OXXOs

At first the internet was unstable but the staff fixed it in no time.

It's in front of a great park. It is close to many things. Clean, comfortable, nice staff. Roof deck to hang out.

I didn't like the pool, dirty and cold. It wasn't season, but i figured it would be maintained cus it was advertised.
