I liked the room and the quality of the bed and the pillows. The storage space and the eating area in the room was great. The pool and the outdoors area overall were very nice, and water had good temperature. The check-in and check-out was easy. Located in a beautiful region!

I didn't like the breakfast - it was a voucher, and one has to go into the village to a certain cafe and the voucher included a pastry, a coffee, and a juice. A very limiting breakfast, basically just sugar. The shower was not suitable for small kids - very slippery, nowhere to hold on to (my little toddler unfortunately had a fall no matter how hard we tried, and it was slippery for us as well). I also didn't enjoy the town where the property is located - some streets don't have pavements for pedestrians, so need to navigate some windy, dangerous roads, which can be a bit hard with small kids, and generally very sleepy with not much going on.

It was absolutely amazing, a paradise. We had the top room and it was incredible, we had view to all sides of the mountains. The furnishing and styling of the room was very well done and it was the most special room we had ever slept in with the windows and the view and the bathtub. There was a nice pool and Clara the host was super friendly and we had prosecco at the swimmingpool. What a dream amidst walking the via francigena! I can only recommend to go here i will definately come back

It's a beautiful property, and the apartment we stayed in was really well designed and presented. It's located in a lovely town with interesting landmarks, castle and church - and a few restaurants - all within walking distance.

The pool is on the small side but nevertheless a relaxing place to spend a few hours, and surrounded by trees and greenery.

Exceptionally friendly and accommodating, wonderful pool, fantastically comfortable bed and pillows. We had a really lovely stay at this property with our 3 dogs who were welcomed with open arms :-D A smart, well-presented property with wonderful staff.

A beautiful boutique villa, lovely pool and gardens in a small town with great restaurants within walking distance. This was such a treat for our 2 families of 5. We felt very honored to share the life of Settimo Vittone for a couple of days/nights.

The villa seems to be after a recent repair, very clean and modern. The interior is designed with good taste and care. The swimming pool is well looked after. The spa is quite small but it has everything you might need to recharge yourself. The location is fantastic for a short break from a frenetic city, very calm and quiet.

Beautiful renovated mansion with 5 rooms on the top floor, accessed by an elevator. Outdoor grounds were very nice and it was in a quiet neighborhood.

The pool was not open. We paid to use the hot tub instead.

I'm no a breakfast person so I was OK withcoffee and tea availble though if breakfast is your thing, it's not available at the property

New decor was elegant and comfortable. Quality local ingredients for breakfast. Our room had a great view of the mountains across the valley.

Staff is not on site all the time and on the doorbell intercom there is no option to ring the hotel. Guests have to call staff to arrange check-in.

Hygiene and the villa were top notch
