Great hotel. The room was spacious and spotless. The location is also excellent, perfect for exploring Girona or passing through. Also, it's a 2-minute walk from the bus stop that takes you to the train station, and also a Taxi stand. We didn't book breakfast in advance because we didn't know what to expect, but once we saw the buffet, we decided to go for it, and it was 10 out of 10. There was plenty of choice, and everything was quality, even the coffee, which is usually not good in hotels. Elevators are available, of course. The mattresses were very comfortable. Taxi price from Girona airport 40e, taxi to train station 6e.

Room was very big and beautifully styled. Secure Parking and bike storage on site. Massive bath in our room so could have a good soak after our race.

Underground Parking was quite difficult to get in & out of with our large van. No vegan options at breakfast so had to eat elsewhere.

Staff fantastic. Great location.Generous sized room with comfortable beds and spacious bathroom with good shower. Breakfast provided good choice. Requiring improvement - no hooks to hang coats or jackets and only 7 hangers in wardrobe- only one comfortable chair in room. Mirror needed above desk in bedroom as extraction not brilliant in bathroom. Difficult to air towels once used so no option but to get them replaced each day. Drinks in fridge but require bottle opener to open. Not something we usually pack for hotel stay. More milk should be provided in room imo. Nowhere other than outside terrace to sit during day but no snacks /drinks available .

Our Junior Suite was quiet, spacious and comfortable with plenty of storage. The bathroom had a large bath, powerful shower, wc and bidet and there were 2 basins in the adjacent dressing area. Everything was spotless, the bed comfortable and there was a great range of bathroom extras . The room had a fridge and comfortable seating. All the staff were very helpful, friendly and efficient. Breakfast was a feast - a vast range of items, many of which were locally sourced or provided in reusable packaging. The underground car park was well lit and accessed from inside the hotel. The location is excellent for exploring Girona.

Nothing really, although as is common in city hotels, parking was a bit challenging, but convenient and secure.

Arrived early, went just to leave bags and were given early check in, very much appreciated. All staff were helpful, friendly and keen to help. Room,beds,bathroom; clean,comfortable. Breakfast great. Location ideal for getting around what is a lovely city. Ideal for a weekend away. Roof top terrace great for drink and late night coffee Terrace on level four lovely to sit to read in sun. Gym was useful. Small but adequate for a weekend. We didn't cycle but lots of cyclists. Facilities seemed very well organised.

There is no iron/steamer available in the rooms and you cannot request one for your room.Only alternative is pay to have your items ironed by housekeeping. Arrived late evening and had dinner to attend. Linen dress needed pressing - when I requested an iron was told by receptionist that no iron available and I would have to wait until following morning to have it pressed. Never before in either a 3 or 4 Star hotel did I not have access to an iron!. Having to pay to have your clothes ironed after paying a lot for your room is extremely unfair. I will be returning to Gerona later this year and I will not be staying at this hotel for that reason.

Clean comfortable room and bed. Great shower. Loved the location close to this gorgeous, friendly town and the hotel is an easy walk to the train station. Tea kettle in room. Our room faced a wall and was beautifully decorated. Three elevators provided quick service.

We would have preferred the sunny side (western facing) roof deck to be open earlier in the afternoon. That deck and bar was locked until 1800 - by then it was dark, cold and windy. The second roof deck was shaded and cold in the afternoon so we didn't have an opportunity to enjoy either of these beautiful spaces at all.

Great location, close to the train station (10 min walk) and the old town (10 old walk) - which was stunning!! Very clean, large room and bathroom. Reception is lovely, it smells amazing and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooftop bar is amazing - more on the expensive side but worth it, views or the old town and an amazing sunset!

The only downside is the walls are paper thin. We got woken up several times during the night and early morning, you could literally hear everything.

This is a really lovely hotel, super location about 2 minutes walk to the main Square. Then another 2 minutes over the bridge to the historic centre. Hotel is spotless clean, rooms are spacious, great shower. Breakfast was gorgeous, a lot of choice. Staff at the front desk were all very helpful and friendly. We had a leak from the ceiling in the room at one point and it was dealt with immediately by staff at the front desk and maintenance. Also, the rooftop bar was a nice bonus, lovely cocktails before heading out for dinner and great views of the city and the sunset.
