From the beginning the owner was very kind and flexible in changing my arrival time to later. Also, the owner of the property provided me with a twin hot plate and an electric water kettle without extra costs. My room and bathroom were cleaned daily, bathroom towels were also changed daily, and the linen changed quite often. The location is very peaceful this season, and the other guests were not to be heard. My stay was a very pleasant one. Thank you!

Great location. Balcony has good view of the marina. Room has wifi, air-conditioning, TV and a fridge, pretty much everything you'll ever need as a solo traveller. Owner speaks English and is super nice. I arrived early on my first day, at around 1pm. She was not prepared for this but she rushed to get the room cleaned up without complaint just so I could check in early.

The bathroom is small and the toilet has leg room problem, as the toilet is facing the shower stall with little space in between. If you have long legs, using the toilet will be a bit of a struggle. I'm only 5'9" and I barely fit in. Also the stair cases are tricky by Australian or American standards. Do not attempt to climb them if you're a tourist, use the elevator instead. The elevator is very small but it gets the job done.

Great location if you need to spend a night or two near the Athens airport and don't want to be in the city. Basic but very clean. About 100 m from the water and multiple good restaurants. Boardwalk beside the water of a pleasant stroll, both by the port and the swimming beach. Swimming beach only a couple of minutes walk away. Staff very courteous and helpful. Great value for the price.

Some tight spiral steps but the elevator made up for that if needed. Showers are a little tight but workable if you're not fat.

We find the location and the accommodation ideal for starting or ending a Greek holiday because of the proximity to the airport. Within twenty minutes you are in a beautiful small harbour surrounded by restaurants and close to beaches and clear sea water. The accommodation is comfortable and the views from the balconies are breathtaking. Highly recommended.

The traffic noise late at night.

I had the very best spot in Porto Rafti - a corner room on the second floor with a terrace and a view at the sunrise and the bay on the other side. I liked everything about the room. I even had my own little kitchen - it was perfect! The host was friendly and helpful. The hotel has the tiniest elevator I have ever seen but it does the job. Around the hotel there is plenty of space to park a car. It is full of great restaurants in the area.

The pillows were a bit too hard.

not very soundproof walls, you could hear all the neighbours talking as if they were in the same room with yours, quiet area not guaranteed as there is a restaurant in the next building that had a group celebrating a birthday and there was loud music playing from midnight for about one hour and a half

Despite our flight being very delayed, the hotel manager waited for us on a Saturday night until midnight as she promised. The location close to the airport and 20 meters from a nice little port is perfect for a short stay. Lots of restaurants in front. Clean place. You get what you pay for.

The shower could be better fixed.

The room was great! It was squeaky clean, spacious, with a small fridge and a nice balcony with a view of the harbour. The bed was really nice and the airconditioning was working fine. I only stayed for one night, because I had to catch a flight the next morning. I didn't feel like staying in Athens for my last night, so this quiet town next to the ocean and near the airport was great to stay in! I highly suggest walking down the pier at night, it's an amazing view! At arrival, Nikolaki left the key in the door for me so I could arrive when I wanted. She came to check on me a few hours later to see if I needed anything, which was really nice.

On one of the pictures you can see a kitchen, but I could not find this in the hotel, I don't know if this is something the guests can acces, or if it might be room-specific. When I went looking for it, it was already late at night, so I didn't want to bother Nikolaki, so I could have just been my fault.

Good place to stay relatively close to the airport. Lots of dining options nearby. Nothing fancy. Rooms simple, but fully equipped. Equivalent to a 2* Greek hotel. Good wifi and AC.

Not an issue with the rooms, but the cost of a taxi to/from is not insignificant, and definitely lows the value a bit.

It was perfect for transit, but looks like a good option for a holiday. Our host was very prompt and helpful. The place is clean, looks very new, nice to sit on the balcony overlooking the harbour and the town. The building has a small elevator which is great for luggage. Free parking next to the building.

The shower cabin is small.
