We were flying home the next day. The proximity of this place to the airport meant it was perfect for us. It is in the town of Markopoulo just a few kms from the airport. In the middle of town, but super quiet. Plenty of restaurants and cafes very close by. They arranged transportation for us to the airport the next morning at a very good pre-arranged price. We got badly ripped off by the taxi we took from the airport to Garden Square Inn. If I stayed again I would have them arrange an airport pickup for us. Immaculately clean and spacious, and very comfortable. Very good value.

Where do I start?! This is the IDEAL overnighter if you have an airport layover or fly in fly out. I ADORED my room, and honestly, didn't leave at all during my stay. This apartment, was the most thoughtful, I have stayed in, in Europe. Everything you need to be comfortable for the night. Plenty of pillows and blankets, comfy bed, great aircon, cute space, ensuite, so many snacks, coffees, teas - which were greatly appreciated 🙏 They offer a transfer service to and from the airport aswell. I would definitely recommend this space as your overnighter in Athens!! Thank you for having me!!

There was absolutely nothing NOT to like!!

Best place if you’re stuck in Athens for a limited time if you missed your flight like me and need a place close to the airport that not crazy expensive. The owner Georgia was kind, friendly and helpful. There was plenty of coffee and different snacks, and water which was great as I was jet lagged and needed something small at around 2am…the place was super clean and ready for me when I arrived.

It didn’t show clearly on the map when the taxi driver brought me there so that was a bit uncomfortable.

I arrived late from Kalamata via Bus + Metro and Georgia helped me making sure I get the right one close to her place and picked me up at nearly midnight on a weekend. Then next morning I had to be at the airport early and she gave me a lift there as well. I didn’t have time to check out my balcony or the surroundings but for a short stay close to the airport this was perfect. The 10 star review is for all the small details put into the room - charging adapters for people arriving from other countries, toiletries, water and snacks and even a coffee and tea station! Room has AC and TV as well if that’s important to you.

Beautiful specious room with attached kitchen and facilities.

Noise of vehicles, no attender to help. The owner was initially rude, but later became very cooperative. Remote location, You can take a taxi from Korobi metro station to reach this location . Only if you want a nearby stay at the airport this location is good. Otherwise nothing much to do here. Very quiet and isolated place

Perfect for layover. 15 mins by taxi is easiest E20. There is also a bus to Koropi where u can get metro. Also a small bus for airport workers from bus station. Beside lots of coffee shops and takeouts. Nice balcony for morning/ evening. Comfy bed...lovely linen. Great toiletries. Water and treats welcomed. Host sent pics for directions which was helpful

Water is solar heated so u must run tap for a while. But not a problem

1- The room was big enough to be comfortable with an AC. 2- The wifi was good to surf with no disconnection. 3- The beds were comfy. 4- The owner was so nice and kind and prepared cold bottles of water in the fridge and put lots of different type of Tea bags beside the cakes and marmalades in the kitchen before our arrival. 5- The owner also managed the two ways shuttle for us from/to the airport which is 15 minutes drive for 40 euros in total.

The entrance of the place can be much more good looking and clean.

I arrived in the evening and the instructions to find the accommodation and room were excellent. My room was well stocked (tea, coffee, some small snacks and personal hygiene products). The room had an air-conditioning unit and was in a nice neighbourhood with several cheap restaurants close by The rate for the night was much better than local hotels and the host provided transport to the airport in the morning at at reasonable cost.

The property is close to the airport in a nice area with restaurants and tavernas within walking distance. The property is very clean with comfortable bed fully equiped kitchen and great shower also the added benefit of a washing machine. Our host Georgia was very helpfull also arranging airport pick up and drop off. Would definitely stay here again

Georgia was very helpful and accommodating. Picked me up from the airport late and then took me early the next morning! 20euro each way, worth it to have someone dependable. She suggested a couple spots in walking distance that have late night and early morning food options. Would definitely come here again if I needed a spot for an overnight layover in Athens!
