We loved everything. The app was great and really helped us schedule our days. The food and drink were fantastic, the staff friendly and professional, and the facilities were clean and luxurious. We enjoyed archery, pilates, and the resort party at the beach bar. We also had a lovely dinner at 'Levante' where we were looked after by Hilit, both the food and service were exceptional!

Our room's door was damaged and required us to force it open and close. Our toilet also had a broken flush on arrival. However, we logged both issues on the app portal, and they were repaired within a few hours. We were impressed with the promptness and professionalism.

I'd like to start by saying that this was probably the best vacation my wife and I had in a long time, and we'd highly recommend staying at TUI Magic Life! The resort is a sublime getaway for anyone looking for a holiday. It offers breathtaking views, countless activities throughout the day and generally a very relaxed and refreshing environment. However, the absolute highlight were the buffet options we were able to enjoy. The options (both veg and non-veg) were incredible, with each day being a new theme. The standout was no doubt the Turkish cuisine week, which we just could not get enough off! A HUGE shout-out to the catering team for serving top-notch delicacies. Apart from this, we really had a great time with the activities the TUI magic team organizes daily - including pool activities, fitness, tennis, kayaking and mountain biking (all of which are inclusive). We are already looking forward to visiting again and are encouraging friends and family to experience a stay here as well!

While the overall stay was great, the rooms could be better. The rooms are quite standard without offering too much luxury. For a 5-star resort with so much done right, we felt that the rooms could have been cozier and offer a touch of luxurious feeling.

By far the food exceeded any expectations. Especially dinners. Room was big. Staff was friendly. Plenty of options to spend time and have fun during the day. Clean sea. Big swimming pool for a good workout.

The cleaning part was average if to compare it with other hotels we've been in Turkey. Lunch was OK but with a smaller selection (provably by design). I only mention it here because of the big difference vs dinners. A bit far from city center (20 minutes by bus). Gym was not to the level of a 5 stars Hotel.

Best Vacation Ever! My friend and I had an amazing time at TUI Magic Life in Bodrum! We were truly impressed with the hotel’s facilities and its beautiful location. But the highlight of our stay was, without a doubt, the incredible team. The staff were so warm and welcoming — they made our vacation unforgettable. Right from the start, we were greeted with a lovely welcome by the operations manager Ümit, who went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable throughout our stay. He was always kind, thoughtful, and genuinely caring. As the days went on, we got to know the entertainment team — and what a team! These guys are true professionals who know exactly how to keep the energy high and the good vibes flowing. The shows, the costumes, the atmosphere — everything was amazing. With all the parties, sports activities, and even just the fun chats, there was never a dull moment. A huge shout-out to Osman, Jason, and Taryn — you guys truly made our trip unforgettable. Your energy, kindness, and fun vibes made every day better. We felt so welcomed and looked after, like we were hanging out with friends. Thank you for all the laughs, the memories, and the special moments I’ll carry with me for a long time. You really made this vacation one to remember. ❤️

Nothing. Everything was great!

Everything is under one roof. The food was incredible. Management were friendly especially the manager. They try to please. Staff were excellent.

Pillows were not soft and had stiff neck. Light colour in bathroom too bright. One corner spot light missing. Needed bigger main light. Thin walls. Swimming pool aqua music was too loud, unacceptable. Dancers work for performance. Customers do not. We are not in musical theatre school we don’t have the same goal. One waiter was laughing at me when I requested tea for dinner. I didn’t find that funny. I was not expecting to be contested. I moved to another table after. Suggestions: if you offer us water, that’s not the only drink we are having. Also get cards for our table saying I haven’t finished yet. If you leave your table the food will be taken away. Introduce an I’m still eating card so food is there when you come back.

Overall, the hotel is clean and beautiful. The beach and pools are quite nice. The food is good, although I didn’t find it particularly tasty. The staff were generally excellent—very friendly and always smiling.

Unfortunately, the weakest aspects of the hotel, in my opinion, are the evening entertainment and the cocktails. The DJs weren’t engaging at all, and even during the Turkish night with belly dancers, the music they played was terrible and didn’t suit the atmosphere. As for the cocktails, they were generally weak—after having a few, they started to taste dull. There were very few cocktail options suitable for the summer heat, and most were overly sweet.

We just wanted to express our sincere thanks to the entire team. Every staff member we interacted with, from the front desk to the restaurant, were incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. You all made our stay truly enjoyable and memorable - Burak, Pablo, Hera, in particular, went above and beyond with how welcoming, friendly and helpful they were. Keep up the fantastic work!

The rooms were ok but did not match the luxury of the rest of the resort. The drinks were all readily available and plentiful but not on par with the fantastic food.

from start to finish the place and people were amazing, I found everyone helpful, we had a little hiccup with the a la carte booking but guest relations resolved that very quickly. I would definitely recommend this place and more specifically for couples. The food and entertainment was great rooms comfortable and spacious.

Though I have a small critique, I can’t hold that against giving this place a 10/10…. But paying attention to little details and requests could go a long away… I notified the hotel in advance that we were ok honeymoon and celebrating our birthdays so it was quiet a special occasion but nothing at all was done ( even a little note would have been a nice a personal touch) I also requested a full sea facing room and was advised that same was my room type but ended up with arguably the worst seaside room… again it’s only the view and thus isn’t a true deal breaker…. The excellent ground staff like hasan at the bar, and amazing guest relations ladies really were on point.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (5/5) – A Dream Stay at TUI Magic Life Bodrum From the moment I arrived at TUI Magic Life Bodrum, I was overwhelmed with warm hospitality — greeted by at least 10 smiling staff members, a welcome drink ready, and even an early check-in. The resort itself is a true paradise: peaceful beachfront location, stunning pools, endless food and drinks at five different bars, and vibrant activities throughout the day. The animation team was the best I’ve ever encountered — energetic, international, and genuinely friendly. Special thanks to my favorite bartender Hasan, who not only remembered my favorite drink after just one visit but treated every guest with the same personal touch and care. Every corner of the resort is immaculate, every meal a feast, but it’s truly the PEOPLE that make this place magical. Every single staff member goes above and beyond to make your stay unforgettable. Thank you to the amazing entertainers, lifeguards, servers, and the barmen — you turned my vacation into a breathtaking experience. I cannot recommend TUI Magic Life Bodrum enough — I will definitely be coming back!
