The rooms the cleaning ,the location amazing The entertainment the housekeeping the bar and waiters and reception staff amazing helpfully ,genuine ,care . The housekeeping even got flower vase for flowers eye for details thank you

The spa staff there is one Russian speaking another Turkish speaking not belonging to hospitality industry not genuine The Russian speaking rude body language and throwing jokes intimidating guests and way of standing leaning on counters ,voice . The Turkish speaking offensive way of upselling same as street style . I put earphones everytime when going for taking towels so they even not speak to me . The lady at spa belong to hospitality world I am a hotel general manager I unnderstand the industry . the food hygiene is checked daily by a specialist. The drinks are great The smell of cleanliness in restaurants The food taste very very poor Eat rice and salads , cheeses and bread The burger meet is bad in snack bar

Resort is huge, much bigger than what it appears on youtube videos or photos. Huge pool with 2 good waterslides. Cengizhan from the animation team was a pleasure to deal with and you can see how much he loves his job. Good size restaurant never had a problem finding a seat, or finding a sunbed around the pool. Resort has its own swimmable beach. Resort is very pet friendly and street cats are allowed to roam the grounds, and you're allowed to feed them too at the restaurant. Location is quite close to the middle of the city, and walking distance to the passenger ferry terminal.

We booked a family room, in the photos it looked like a really good size, but in reality it was literally 2 small bedrooms, and a bathroom, nothing else, no living space, no lounge area. The family rooms are right at the back of the property, you need to catch 2 lifts (which are old and slow) cross over a bridge that goes over a busy road (looks like the resort have purchased land over the road and built rooms there) then when you get your block there is a final 34 steps (i always count steps) to get to your room. I have no idea why they wouldnt put family rooms central, near the pool, but they send families with young children on a safari to get to their rooms and back. If you choose not to wait for the lifts and to take the stairs, we walked up 124 steps to get to our room.

Fabulous facilities, pools, bars restaurants locality to Bodrum town. Entertainment was great. Staff were incredible in the restaurant.

The room I had was a bit run down, aircon not working but they did re gas it when I told them. Feel that the booking.com rooms were set back. Shower overflowed daily into bedroom, told reception but nothing was done. Linen not changed , duvet kept coming out of cover.

The resort was centrally located if you like walking you could walk all the way up to the city centre...the food was plenty and the staff courteous....

The room was cleaned on alternate days and that too after a number of followups...the staff was not very through even at that....

Full board with a huge choice of hot and cold food, very friendly staff and amazing massage at the spa of the hotel. Big pool and beach only for the hotel guests. And the amazing city center is a short walk away.

It's overall well maintained facility It's 100% all-inclusive and no hidden fees. Breakfast-Lunch-Dinner, all local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, tea, coffee etc. are included Very good swimming pool Awesome hotel stuff 100% it's kids friendly They have very good animation team Shows or live music etc. You don't need to feel to leave this hotel and go to somewhere else, highly recommended.

There is no fitness area/gym although it is 5 stars hotel. The one they have is kind a joke Technically there is no proper beach and sea doesn't look pretty clean in this area of the Bodrum We had little issue with A/C and it was not nice during hot summer nights

OUR 2 ROOMS WERENT CLEANED DURING OUR STAY!? AS WELL AS HOUSE KEEPING STAFF NOT FRIENDLY NO MOVABLE SIGN IN CORRIDORS WHEN THEY CLEAN THE FLOOR WITH WATER SO I HAD A BAD SLIP AND FALL GUESTS CAN'T GET TURKISH COFFEE BEFORE 10AM?

We are not sure what other reviewers were comparing this hotel to but we think that for what we paid those negatives aren't warranted. We read complains about the food but to be honest considering the all inclusive package and the price we paid for our five nights stay, we couldn't really complain and the two additional a-la-carte restaurant, one seafood and one Italian were definitely worth eating at both for the food and for the beautiful sunset view. Of course, if you are expecting to eat gourmet or Michelin star you are going to be disappointed but there are a lot of options for every taste and several freshly cooked in front of you. The drinks selection was also good and the extra reasonably priced for the quality with the exception for sambuca. Also, really important, as someone else mentioned please visit the gozleme lady if you go there, she is just the best. The room was nice and comfortable with a nice balcony facing the garden, of course a top floor would have been better but, we also never felt as if our privacy was violated so we can't fault it. It was clean and the aircon worked very well too and plenty water was provided on a daily basis too. About the staff our praises have to go Dilara from customer satisfaction, Yusuf from the SPA and the twins from the dining area, all of them made our stay super pleasant and made us feel like VIP customers all the way through our stay. Last but not least we found the presence of the private sea side "beach" deck a nice addition and it was also one of the selling factors for us because we wanted a proper full inclusive experience. Would we return? It depends by the price, at the about £200/night definitely yes. Also really important, if you don't tell them they won't clean your room on a daily basis, personally I find it a good thing, more environmentally friendly but I am sure it might bother some people.

As I mentioned, one night we asked for Sambuca after seeing what looked to be a genuine bottle (I am Italian myself and I knew the brand) but unfortunately we were served something that tasted more like French pastis. Truth to be told I don't think we got charged it although it was supposed to be extra so at least they recovered it that way, but something worth mentioning.
