The spa staff there is one Russian speaking another Turkish speaking not belonging to hospitality industry not genuine The Russian speaking rude body language and throwing jokes intimidating guests and way of standing leaning on counters ,voice . The Turkish speaking offensive way of upselling same as street style . I put earphones everytime when going for taking towels so they even not speak to me . The lady at spa belong to hospitality world I am a hotel general manager I unnderstand the industry . the food hygiene is checked daily by a specialist. The drinks are great The smell of cleanliness in restaurants The food taste very very poor Eat rice and salads , cheeses and bread The burger meet is bad in snack bar

Only thing - mosquitoes

The property is about 10 minutes drive from the town. The junior family provided was disappointing as they are located on the far side of the hotel away from all the amenities …but lucky us the management changed the room to a ground floor and a step away from the pool and restaurants.

It is a bit outdated. The gym only has 1 working treadmill, 2 bikes and some weights. The steam room in the spa has a horrible smell… smells like mold. Beds are tough and scratchy sheets. TV channels only in german

The location, staff, facilities and cleanliness were great. Just 25 minutes walk along the seashore to the city center (Bodrum Castle)👍🏻 The room and the bathroom were clean and spacious (except the French balcony- no place to sit, you can only stand there), everything was in a good condition and worked properly. Housekeeping was perfect. The food was always fresh and tasty. I liked their spa very much. The Thai girl Maria is very good, I enjoyed every moment of her full body massage. The spa manager Halil was very friendly and helpful.

1. Although the beach area is very big and has many available sun-beds with umbrellas the shade area where one can hide himself from the sun is very small (only 12 sun-beds under the cover) and is almost never available. The other umbrellas are too small and thin to keep you in the shade. It would be great to get one more shade canopy. 2. Long queues to get food, during lunch and dinner it is hard to find a free table inside the restaurant.

We stayed at Labranda TMT in Bodrum for 7 nights, and overall, it was a fantastic experience. The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and located right by the sea—perfect for relaxing but also close enough to explore the town easily.The atmosphere was laid-back and welcoming, and everything from the pool area to the views made it easy to unwind. The service was solid across the board. A quick mention to Sonar at reception, who was really helpful when we wanted to change our room due to the view, and Aydan, one of the servers, who was always kind and attentive. The entertainment team especially Cengizhan also brought great energy to the hotel and added to the fun atmosphere. Would definitely recommend Labranda by TMT to anyone heading to Bodrum. It’s a great mix of comfort, location, and value and we will definitely be back in the future.

Some of the food wasn’t quite to our taste

Literally everything! Young personnel, very attentive and careful, very welcoming and kind, especially Bugra in the restaurant, Yilmaz from the beach bar, and Halil from the Spa. The room was super clean, perfectly arranged with a lovely view, it was cleaned daily with towels being changed and mini bar being refilled. The food was amazing, a lot of variety, everything is always available, if you miss lunch you can always enjoy the food from the snack bar (pasta, pizza, burgers, fries…) or some fresh made Gozleme (do not miss this)😋 The drinks are great as well (not diluted like I saw in many reviews), at some bars they even use top quality liquor. Yilmaz from the beach bar can surprise you with his creative self-made cocktails 😁 The beach is spotless, the whole beach area is perfect to spend a full day relaxing in the sun, certainly if you go late you risk to not find empty sun-beds but that’s more of a guests problem, so my advice is to wake up early and book some sun-beds with towels 😉 To be honest, I was a little stressed before checking in because of some reviews, but I can reassure you that the hotel is more than great! (Especially for the money value) Rich animation program, 10mn walking distance from the marina and the center of the city (a very enjoyable walk actually). Special thanks to Onur from guest relations to taking care of the surprise for my fiancé’s birthday: a cake with candles and my fiancé’s name on it, fruits and a bottle of wine were waiting for us in the room when we arrived, such a lovely gesture. I wish we could’ve stayed more and enjoyed more time enjoying the hotel’s facilities.

we loved sea, mezzes, snacks was okay,everday our room cleaned by housekeeping, staw was good also location perfect, we suggest massage it was perfect even better than thailand,

Bathroom was bad it's mean clean but they have some isolation problem, also alcohol not very good you have to as gordon's jb or yeni raki if not they offer you some unknow brand and tv was so small but maybe because of my choise

Fabulous facilities, pools, bars restaurants locality to Bodrum town. Entertainment was great. Staff were incredible in the restaurant.

The room I had was a bit run down, aircon not working but they did re gas it when I told them. Feel that the booking.com rooms were set back. Shower overflowed daily into bedroom, told reception but nothing was done. Linen not changed , duvet kept coming out of cover.

We had a fantastic stay at Labranda TMT as a family. We were initially unsure due to some mixed reviews, but it exceeded our expectations! Cengizhan and the entertainment team were amazing, and Recep and his team of restaurant staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The service was excellent throughout. A great break, we’ll definitely be back!

The only minor downside was the food being a bit repetitive, but overall everything was fresh and tasty.

Resort is huge, much bigger than what it appears on youtube videos or photos. Huge pool with 2 good waterslides. Cengizhan from the animation team was a pleasure to deal with and you can see how much he loves his job. Good size restaurant never had a problem finding a seat, or finding a sunbed around the pool. Resort has its own swimmable beach. Resort is very pet friendly and street cats are allowed to roam the grounds, and you're allowed to feed them too at the restaurant. Location is quite close to the middle of the city, and walking distance to the passenger ferry terminal.

We booked a family room, in the photos it looked like a really good size, but in reality it was literally 2 small bedrooms, and a bathroom, nothing else, no living space, no lounge area. The family rooms are right at the back of the property, you need to catch 2 lifts (which are old and slow) cross over a bridge that goes over a busy road (looks like the resort have purchased land over the road and built rooms there) then when you get your block there is a final 34 steps (i always count steps) to get to your room. I have no idea why they wouldnt put family rooms central, near the pool, but they send families with young children on a safari to get to their rooms and back. If you choose not to wait for the lifts and to take the stairs, we walked up 124 steps to get to our room.
