Everything, upon arriving and entering the lobby then into our room the surroundings already felt super relaxing, even more inside the room where all you need is available from full skin care, comb, body towel, coffee, black/matcha, different type of pillows (firm/soft). We didn't get the chance to try the onsen, breakfast was great as well. Options of japanese and western sets for each person. Check-in was smooth and the concierge was super helpful.

This was the most beautiful and romantic experience I could ask for. Absolutely amazing food, the room was just the right size and what we needed. The garden area was a beautiful place to get a good morning walk in after the included breakfast. Absolutely without a doubt would recommend this location, the only downside is it's a bit hard to get to attractions around the location without a car. Very nice calming spa. Lack of variety for breakfast.

Staff not paying enough attention. Siting at lounge for food and no refill for water. Many staff but needs more attention to guests. They try to do their best. Check in check out slow. Seems they do not know well the system.

My wife say the resort is as good and luxurious as Intercontinental hotel. Japanese breakfast was excellent, Western breakfast good but would be better if include bread with butter and jam. Very clean and spacious onsen.

Location was a bit remote with no good restaurant neaby.

Absolutely amazing hotel, very well decorated modern Japanese style. Comfortable room, very peaceful. Free parking. 35mins to the airport. Friendly staffs. Definitely stay here again if we come back to this city.
