Walking distance to Hamamatsu Station around 10 mins walking(depends on the way you walk slow or fast, im pretty slow so yeah 😅) Its seems old building but the hotel really good with the maintenance. They serve free flow drinks from 3pm-10pm. Mad respect to the staff at check in counter, he try his best to communicate with me in English. Overall I would like to stay to this hotel again if I'm going to Hamamatsu area. Thank you so much!

The breakfast was fantastic, lots of options for different breads. The welcome drink in the evenings was a nice surprise. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk from the train station, near a few museums which is nice. Very clean and modern. I enjoyed sitting in the lounge to get some work done during the day. The staff were all very friendly. I booked the compact double room which is a bit small for 2 people, if I stayed again I'd book a regular double room. Great value for the price, I would stay here again if I came to Hamamatsu!

There isn't too many restaurants in the area. The room was a bit small but I did book the compact room.

Friendly staff & though at booking only a smoking room available when I checked in they gave me the non smoking room. Welcome drink & breakfast included in fee was great.

Just my timing was bad. I think there was a big event in town so the price was higher than usual. But was same for all hotels in the area

Stayed on the 12th floor which have a nice view of Hamamatsu city. The breakfast is just simple with buffet of breads, coffee, juices, milks, yogurt, bananas and boiled eggs. All-you-can-drink cocktails, tequila, wine and whiskey with a welcome drink from 6pm to 11 pm! Would highly recommend this place.

This was a 10 minute walk from the station and there’s a family mart near by - so a good location. We only stayed for one night on our way from Tokyo to Nagoya, and it did the job perfectly. Very good value for money, very friendly staff. The breakfast was good. Booking.com messed up our reservation by not telling the hotel we changed nights, but the staff managed to squeeze us in anyway thankfully. The room was much bigger than the other places we stayed in Japan as well as being cheaper!

Being so close to the station we could hear the Shinkansen but it wasn’t loud enough to disturb our sleep.
