I stayed two nights, it was so comfortable and pleasant that I had to extend my stay at the hotel, the staff was very attentive and friendly, it is not very far from the station and the center but the heat makes it a little difficult, in short I really liked the good treatment, the clean rooms and everything very quiet and without noise, excellent place to rest very well

There was nothing unpleasant, my entire stay at the hotel was pleasant, I understand the no-smoking policy in the rooms, it would be great if they had a smoking cabin on the roof or some unused room, but I didn't dislike it at all, everything was great

I've never given out a 10 on this site, but if I can't do it now, what am I doing? The staff were friendly and organised on check-in, and the lobby felt colourful and friendly. The room contents were standard, but the decor felt cosy and the bed and pillows were better than I expect from somewhere like APA. The breakfast was very nice quality, I wish I'd had more time to enjoy it before going. And last but definitely not least, the price was great. Thank you!

It's hard to find something bad to say! But I had trouble getting to sleep with the random lights in the room. The clock built into the bed-head had a bright display I had to cover up, and one of the outlets had flashing multi-coloured LEDs I also had to cover with something. If you have blackout windows, can you do something about the room lights?

Fairly close to the Hamamatsu station, though some other options are closer. Breakfast was included, and it was pretty good! A fair amount of variety of options Room was clean enough; it felt like a standard Japanese business hotel.

The shower didn't hook into its mount very well; the water pressure kept pushing it out and making it fall down. The Booking.com listing, so far as I saw, didn't specify that they were going to charge an extra ¥1,500 to use the sofa bed, put sheets on it and such

Overall quite good. Had a lot of complimentary things like happy hour and breakfast included, although both have a kind of strict time-frame so plan around it if you want to try it out. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Laundry detergent from the coin laundry was insanely good, got rid of all of my stains in one go!

The shower area was alright, but the water pressure wasn't very strong. Can heat everything else happening in your floor quite clearly: doors unlocking, people talking, etc. Still, good value for price

The staff were super helpful with parking and check-in. Great free amenities. Breakfast was delicious. Thank you for the gifts on check-out (perhaps because we stayed during the festival so the hotel staff gave us a small bottle of sake and green tea on our way out).

Nothing at all. The room is small but I already expected that, and we travel very light so minimum storage space is fine for us, but if you have a big suitcase it might be an issue.

Staff were exceptionally friendly and polite. Breakfast was great and there was even a complementary drink on the first day of arrival. The location was also great. I loved your wonderful country people and food. I would definitely come back to Japan! Kind regards, Maka Alsandia

There was actually nothing not to like, it is just that room was smaller than I expected. It was enough space just it was smaller than I expected. That is all:)) And I suppose it said how big the size was so there is nothing to complain about

This hotel is in a fantastic location and within walking station of Hamamatsu Train Station. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There are lots of different restaurants in close walking distance and the area is very safe. Breakfast was supplied downstairs and was OK. This hotel was the best value hotel we had in our 3 weeks in Japan. I would definitely stay there again.

Everything about this hotel is perfect. The location is ideal, less than 10 minutes walking from the station. The rooms are compact and very clean. The staff was helpful and nice. The buffet breakfast has lots of options and was good. They provide towels and some bathroom products like razors, toothbrush creams etc... Really good value for money!

The staff are awesome. The location is excellent. I love their happy hour and Japanese breakfast.

The room we had had some maintenance issues. The air-conditioner dripped on the carpet in front of the door and the bathroom, so you end up with stained carpet and wet feet. The bathroom is a pretty high step up, so it's easy to slip and fall with wet feet. Be careful!

The room I was had a problem with the water, the staff changed the room immediately 🙏

I would give 10 stars if it wasn't for the small blood stain in the sheets. I only realised in the morning after, otherwise I would have asked for another set of sheets. Anyways, I don't think you should have sheets with stains, no matter how small they are.
