Very clean, comfortable room, great breakfast

On arrival, I asked the receptionist to check if room can be changed from a twin room, to a room with a double bed. The receptionist said that there's no option and that the hotel is fully booked. It seemed that she didn't care, didn't really bother to check or was interested in providing the service I showed her that there are still available rooms with double beds in booking.com, she said that booking.com is not synced with their system. I showed her that in Marriott website there are available rooms, at that point - her colleague stepped in and changed my room. I rarely meet such a poor attitude. This made a very unpleasant experience on arrival. I emailed hotel management right away but never heard back. Really a shame

It's a really modern and very nicely designed hotel. Everything including the reception, restaurant, corridors and the rooms is very well designed and pleasant to be in. The room where we stayed was quite spacious, the beds were really comfy, we really loved our room. Furthermore, the cot provided for our baby to sleep in was pretty good and better then the average you usually get in other places (e.g. a travel cot). The breakfast was really nice with some great options (e.g. like salmon and cream with chives to make a nice bagel-like sandwich). Also, the bar at the top has nice cocktails and a nice view on the train tracks. We really liked our stay and would come back again if the chance arises!

Not much to mention really, everything was pretty good. We ordered the "Little Den package" which was supposed to include a tippy tent for our son which we were excited about, but the tippy tent wasn't available which was a bit disappointing, but we were informed about it even before we paid for it, so it was all fair.

Very clean and attractive hotel. Staff were really welcoming and friendly especially Veronique. Very helpful and always smiling. We were on the 8th floor the hotel was busy but you wouldn't know as its very quiet in your room you don't hear the usual banging of doors in the corridor etc. Lovely comfy bed.great nights sleep.Beautiful big bathroom. Fabulous roof terrace bar.Again great friendly service. 10 minute walk to the station. Some shops and restaurants around you. Main town 10 minute drive away.

I didn't realise my room had no balcony my mistake though. Room a little dark for my liking.

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Den in Den Bosch. We rented bikes at the central station, and it was just a quick 5-minute ride to the hotel and around 8 minutes to the city center. The hotel’s location is ideal for exploring, whether you're heading into town or biking to nearby attractions. Our room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with modern decor that added to the overall ambiance. We were also pleased to have early check-in, which was a great start to our trip. Biking to Kamp Vught concentration camp and a nearby lake with a lovely restaurant was a highlight of our stay. The breakfast was fantastic, with plenty of options to choose from. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

We felt like royalty coming into the hotel room 417. The green themed room is beautiful, spacious and very comfortable beds with a very big tv. Huge bathroom which has a big rain shower aswell as adjustable showerhead, a toilet, big basin with mirrors and quality hairdryer. The hotel has its own access to a bridge over the train station towards the town centre for convenience which was great. The Bar in the hotel was relaxing and inviting and had a lovely view of the city

Not much not to love. Coffee machine seems to not have been cleaned in awhile as it was giving dirty water first before making a cup and then leaking after we used it but was nice to have this conveniently in the room. Close enough to the train station but just too far to pull all your luggage down the road and a struggle to get a taxi to accept the short trip.

Stopped here for the Carp Den Bosch show; great location that's close to the main motorway, 25 mins walk to the event hall (or a quick drive with minimal directions required) and approx 20 mins to get to the main two centre. Rooms are great; felt luxury, beds comfortable, good TV service and the bathroom was massive with plentiful hot water. Hotel bar is brilliant; all the bar staff were friendly, knowledgeable about beers, and for what it is, the place isn't overly expensive. The skybox at the top of the hotel is a real treat, very atmospheric. Food in the bar/restaurant was excellent - the pumpkin and sweet potato curry is highly recommended.

There is no parking but if you head 400 metres along the road to the rail station, you can turn into the car park that runs alongside the tracks and right back to the hotel - we parked there for 4 days but never got charged. the breakfast was expensive and although the quality was fine, it felt that it wasn't worth the €20+ being charged per person. We ended up getting pastries from the Jumbo behind the hotel.

had a very comfortable stay at the hotel > the room which I checked in was small but the next day as I had just asked to update my Bonvoy no. and when I gave here my room No she told me that she would like to change the room for me and I got another room similar to what I had during the stay last year really a nice gesture from there side > very supportive and very polite staff all greet you with a smile was nice to see that > the breakfast here as usual good > also happen to have dinner in their roof top restaurant and also the bar was good > overall a good stay

the food we had at the restaurant was good but the service was slow need to improve here rest all was good

it is a new modern business hotel. the rooms are spacious with good bathrooms. the breakfast is nice with good choice of different items

everything is oriented at efficiency making it a less cosy place to stay for leisure. my room was half cleaned with the bed not made even after i requested that. drinks and food in the restaurant are high priced. if you are looking for a nice holiday dutch holiday hotel this is not the place

Very convenient location to walk across the bridge into town. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Nice clean room with comfortable beds. Very good breakfast, but I would prefer it if you provided an inclusive price. Nice range of food and very good range of fruit. Good choice of breads too. One criticism is that the bacon was kept warm with the scrambled eggs, so I couldn't have due to my allergy. Yes,I could hear the trains through the window on the fifth floor, but it was quite muted. Reasonably quiet from other guests and outside. I would stay again, primarily for the location.

Disappointed that the top bar and restaurant were closed. We were told only open on Wednesday. We didn't use the other facilities so can't comment.

Large well equipped room with good quality tea/coffee making facilities. Comfortable bed, excellent shower.

The location is not the best. They take a €200 deposit to cover bar bills etc (which we didn't use). If they do that thousands of times a year, they're making a fat profit on the interest (which is probably why they do it)! Limited amount of space to store stuff.
