The staff was very friendly and helpful when needed. They were fun to talk to. The suites was in a great location to nashville and surrounding museums and resturants.

The only thing my wife and i did not like was the shower. My wife needed a grab bar to get into the tub and a non slip mat for the tub. It wasn't suitable for an "eldery" person. When you need to be careful just trying to get into the tub, it makes for a scary situation. There was no seat for the tub. Security strips on the floor and grab rails are a necessary thing for people that NEED those things. Just because theres a wide door for the bathroom doesn't mean its a handicap bathroom. Much more was needed!

Very nice location and staff. The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and a delight to deal with. We were only at the hotel for a night so we did not get to experience much. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly.

The only negative experience I had was being by the patio, where people go and smoke at 2 a.m., which was very noisy and woke me up and bed was a little firmer than I am use too.

DIDNT LIKE THE LOOK AND THE WAY THE MORNING ATTENDANT QUESTIONED AND LOOKED AT ME HATE THAT THEY DIDNT HAVE A CONTENTIAL BREAKFAST AT LEAST. ONLY TEA AND COFFEE.

Everything about this place was exceptional, if you’re looking for a nice, very clean place to stay. This is your place. Jayden was very nice and helpful. Everyone we ran into that works here was absolutely wonderful. Plenty of parking also.

There was nothing I didn’t like.

Everything was so clean, the sheets were soft and not abrasive, the room was spacious. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and there were amenities in the lobby which I enjoy. My only critique was that there wasn’t a single USB plug in the room to charge my phone.

the property is currently been utilized by contract workers and this putting the resources under pressure - example couldn’t find a luggage trolley as they were no where to be found - then found one outside being used as a grocery trolley and apparently the other was also in one of the contractors rooms - it had also been used as a grocery trolley

dog friendly, great location off the interstate, clean facilities, really nice room, big parking lot where we easily parked a u-haul

the website listed that the dog fee was $25 per day but when we arrived it was $100 dog fee, so it felt a little like false advertising which was really disappointing.

The staff at check in and out were polite, courteous and welcoming! They were able to get us in early which we were so thankful for and appreciate housekeeping staff for assisting in getting our room ready early! The property was clean and well kept.

There isn’t something that I didn’t really like, but the faucet in our bathroom was really loose. That would be the only mention.

I loved the size of the rooms. It was very accommodating for handicapped guests. It was very close to shopping areas where you could go quickly to pick up items that was needed.
