The hotel rooms were very clean beds were super comfortable and had hot showers. The hotel staff were suuuper lovely and tried their best to make us comfortable as western tourists. Especially the kindness from Manzur who gave my friend with a cold some cold and flu tablets, organised poha for us for breakfast, answered my countless WhatsApp messages quickly and patiently and offered us a new room when we wanted one with better wifi connection. The location was very local and there was some construction going on which added to the experience. The chai walla downstairs was kind and made great chai. Main tourist spots are about a 15-25min drive away with very cheap and reliable Ubers available. I would recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a budget hotel with HIGH STANDARDS.

Had some back pain while there. Manzur and his team took special care of me, sending hotel employee with me to hospital and other medical facilities. They helped me order food and sometimes when necessary, shared some of their food. Their caring attitude was above and beyond call of duty.

Immediate area was not conducive to a tourist but is rather local working neighborhood. I didn't consider that bad, just different, and an interesting view into city life.

The staff were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. I have stayed in a lot of dormitories. This one was the best of all. Given the price, it's just an amazing place to stay. Hospitality was the best. The rooms were clean. Any queries were resolved in minutes. I'd definitely book this place if I'm coming to Ahmedabad again!

It was my second time at hotel Milan. Nothing’s changed in a good way. The same great hospitality, clean rooms, and the food of good quality you can get nearby. All that is at a reasonable price.

If anyone looking for a budget hotel this is the best place you can get. This property is run by good people they bought everything we asked if it was not in the hotel. Specially thanks to the staff they were very cooperative.

Very good place to stay, staff was very polite and ensuring cleanliness & hygiene levels are achieved. Bakery & cafes are available near hotel. Connectivity to main city is easy and one can find means of transport hassle-free.

Everything about this property and even i extend my stay with amazing staff, it's clean and hygiene friendly rooms and other facilities are also available in such low cost. I definitely recommend this property.

The hotel was good for the price paid. It allows food delivery by Zomato & Swiggy and also provides food in the room from their nearby restaurants. The staff was cooperative and also the hotel is located on the main road, therefore finding conveyance was not a problem.

The rooms were super clean. The bathrooms were cleaned regularly. The staff was helpful with my queries regarding travel. Would definitely stay again whenever I'm back in the city. The location was good with brts buses availability.
