I had checked out of MOTEL 6 WESTMINSTER SOUTH LOCATION ON A SAT MORNING BEFORE THE 28th day. My friend came and picked me up and for that day and the night, went to my friend's house. Early Sunday morning, while still at my friend's house, another friend let me know he could give me a ride to check into the hotel! So I took him up on it. Unfortunately, it was like 6:30/7:00 in the morning. I called the South location (which the staff is amazing at as well) and my favorite lady who works as a manager in the front office lmk they were SOLD OUT!! I asked her to 'Call the Westminster North Location to check for a room, for me, and also to see IF THERE WAS ANY WAY I COULD CHECK IN THAT EARLY'?!? She did! She ACTUALLY CALLED ME BACK TOO!! I was advised 'there was ONLY ONE ROOM LEFT'!! SHE TOLD ME I HAD TO GET THERE QUICK, FIRST COME FIRST SERVE AND YES, SHE WOULD CHECK ME IN EARLY, WITHOUT A FEE!! Long story short, I got the last room, for an amazing price and no fee for the early check in. As I was finishing up paying for the room and getting my room key, a lady came in who was sent away because I did indeed get the last room!! Both of the women who were working that rainy, cold Sunday morning went ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR ME!!! IF YOU EVER GET TO STAY @THE NORTH LOCATION, ROOM #275 IS AWESOME!! THE ROOM HAS TWO WINDOWS, IT IS VERY SPACIOUS, AND ON THE END! THE ROOM WAS CONVENIENTLY LOCATED by the staircase!! Way to go Front desk staff, friendly housekeepers at both motels, and a great manager who is behind the scenes, and he applies credits when necessary (like during a power outage at the South Location, towards the end of my stay!!)I would answer will stay at this motel and the other (North and South locations) Motel 6 Westminster again soon, when I'm back in that area!!!

The South location is not as nice and as remodeled as this North Westminster Location. This hotel has been remodeled and it's so spacious and the amenities are very nice!! I like the staff!! Every morning they were kind, communicative with me, and welcoming, as I kept extending my stay! Thanks Motel 6 Staff and Managers!!

I always book the quadruple room because it's way more spacious than a regular room. The microwave and fridge were running perfectly. The only thing was there was a hair frozen in the freezer part 😂 lol. Other than that, the room was very clean and the property was very clean. The bed was really soft and comfy! The AC also worked great.

Only thing about motel 6's that I don't like is that the windows seem to be paper thin. I was able to hear the cars and traffic all night and the fridge was kinda loud but I was able to sleep through it so not a huge bother.

My service dog Buddy 💙 Blue loves it here bc of the grassy areas to go walking. For the money it is definitely worth the stay. It's a quaint little home away from home. Just wish they'd upgrade to hair dryers and toiletries. Staff is very friendly. Property was pretty clean and there are doggie doody bags too. The pool and pool area are immaculate. And, they always leave a light on for you.😉

Laundry is too expensive. $4/wash n $4/dry Don't waste your time going to Golden West Family Restaurant located across from the Motel 6 property.mj Service is horrible. I ordered food and it said 23 mins to pick up. I paid and received a confirmation #, they took my money from my account and when I arrived to pick it up they had no record of my order? Waitress/Manager tried to say that their website didn't work so I couldn't have ordered and paid. She made me go get my phone and show her my bank statement showing the debit from my account even though I had a confirmation number? I could not smell any food cooking in the restaurant. It was really odd. I'll never go back.

Did not have breakfast, however I thought vending prices were outrageous, especially if Motel 6 or even the vendor wants to gain business

It would help significantly if there was a ( Sheer not the thicker plastic ones) on the window. The darkness great for keeping the light out, however when you want light in, the customer is fully exposed, which leaves no privacy and that’s not great.

The housekeeper, Herlinda, is wonderful! The maintenance person, Rey, is also very friendly. I like the way this Motel allows you to cancel before 6:00 p.m. on the same day of booking without being charged. They are very flexible

Needs more Lighting in the room. The air conditioning in room 249 does not have Auto temperature control. It runs all night.

I liked the remodel,, it made it a nicer atmosphere.

Some of the front desk staff have no customer service at all..Some are exceptionally nice but then there's a few that are down right rude. From my one bad experience there. It has definitely turned into a not so comfortable place to stay..and I am going on 3 weeks and my deposit from my stay the time before my last stay has not been received as of yet..

A perfect hotel for my budget and not too far from Disneyland which is what I wanted

It’s such a small thing really but the only thing I noticed was the shower curtain wasn’t in a great condition. Other then that, a perfect hotel

Really friendly staff, room was clean with a comfortable bed, there was parking, and the Wi-Fi worked. Can’t really ask for more for the price.

You could hear some sound through the door and there wasn’t any shampoo in the bathroom, but those were minor things.

The location was good, nice comfy bed, fantastic diner across the car park. Staff very friendly, there is a $50 deposit you have to pay on checking in, we paid cash and we received it straight back after our stay

Quite noisy as next to freeway Also hair on the bathroom floor but otherwise very clean

bed was comfy and it had multiple was to charge something close to the bed, also was close to public transportation!

saw a huge roach in the side room to the lobby, other then that i think it was a nice stay :)
