Very tidy, staff were polite and friendly, easy to get into town, proximity to shops

The staff was extremely helpful.

Comfy bed , quiet, good location

Good value for money, if you want to stay close Glaz arena and Cesson-Sevigne town, which is like 25 mins away from Rennes by bus.

The ground floor, reception area had an odd smell. Luckily we had our rooms on the 1st floor!

Not as a wide a selection of food for breakfast as we have experienced in many years of travelling in France . No real outdoor relaxing area. disappointed that graunds of the manor aren't available

Location ok, but hard to find.

Did not have breakfast. The Shower room was terrible, the pump for the walk in shower did not work and flooded the bathroom. On closing the door to the bathroom the door stuck and could not be opened. There was no answer to the emergency numbers given. There was no staff available and we were unable to find a toilet to use. Eventually the "manager" was contacted as he lived onsite. We woke him by walking around the hotel to find a toilet. He helped us by breaking the lock to the ensuite. The next morning he explained thatw e had been given the last available room; we did not think this was an adequate response. He agreed to give us a refund, but this has never been received.
