Definitely a nice place to stay. Modern and very fresh buildings with interesting architecture. Lots of space, air and light in the public spaces. The room size was on the smaller side, but still okay. Pool and sauna area was clean, mostly not overcrowded during day hours, but sometimes it had lots of people with kids in the pool, which is actually not that big. Saunas were good too. Breakfast - nothing too special, but solid. Large parking, lots of activities for kids and families. The staff was very accommodating and willing to help.

A-la carte orders in the restaurant are not accepted after 20:30. After that time you still have 30 mins to join the buffet dinner, but its price isn't reasonable when you just have 30 mins left.

Breakfast; The swimming pool is not very big, but the water is nice, you’re not suffering when getting inside, the temperature is just perfect. Staff very nice all the time and in all places. Baking workshop – really excellent!

Air conditioning/heating was noisy. Even though we turned it off before going to sleep, at 2 am a very loud fan turned on.

Very nice hotel with several amenities and things to do! Pool, outdoor area, playing ground, river and beach, forest, gym etc. More than enough to do for a weekend. Hotel is clean, looks good and is fresh, well maintained. We will be coming again.

The breakfasts are good but generally, the overall kitchen is not great. There are a couple of dishes that are good, but most of them are mediocre. Taking into account the prices and the standard of the hotel the kitchen is subpar. Also, meals arrived often barely warm. The outside area of the hotel could use some maintenance. The platforms at the ponds near the hotel are loose, also the ground under the zipline is very rocky - if a kid falls off and land on their back this will be dangerous.

Pool is closed until mod August, so it is replaced by a plastic temporary one which is not good. Entry sign is not clear, follow google maps then just go where the other cars are parked. No small light in the bathroom, just a bright one.

the room was competerble the place is located 1 hours from warsaw , if you have a car it is a good location

The room was spacious and clean, the breakfast was excellent. We enjoyed the territory of the hotel: there are small workshops with ceramics, textile, and woodworks, plus, there are animals to see!

The spa area was very crowded, but I guess it's expected during the winter.

Very friendly staff at the reception. Great people and very handy with all kind of issues.

The swimming pool bit to small, specially at the busy weekends. Not to much space for adults- meaning kids and family all together in the same place.

A huge private parking, spacious rooms, very nice breakfast (a lot of tasty fish dishes). Nice playground outside.

Nobody from staff spoke any English or German. Looks like it is a very local hotel with no interest in foreign travelers.

He hotel is nice for family weekend, they have nice pool, jacuzzi and saunas, the breakfast was nice with good variety. The room is clean and comfortable. The service is good, staff is very helpful and friendly. Specially want to thank the restaurant team for being helpful and giving us good service. Also the fact that you can enjoy watching animals is a great therapy

No curtains on top floor where the bedroom is, not possible to make it darker, very limited equipment in the kitchen.
