The hotel is located in a very quiet and picturesque corner of a pine forest - fresh air, peace and quiet. The hotel has a beautiful interior, extremely clean and pleasant. The restaurant deserves special attention - some mysterious chef - I never found out who it is :) prepares extremely delicious dishes. I ordered beef tartare - this is a dish that I order quite often around the world. I will be honest in terms of taste and presentation - it is one of the best tartars I have ever had! Nice small hotel with romantic vibe in nice area. I have got big double room upgrade, despite of booking smaller room. The reception is 24/7. Breakfast was good in very nice dining hall. All the staff was friendly. Hotel building has an interesting history.

Beds were a bit soft, which was not a problem for me. However, some people might not like the soft beds.

The breakfast was good with some of the expected dishes but also delicious local foods including polish pancakes. The gym looked inviting, but never made it there. The food in the restaurant was good( try the schnitzel !)

We were missing a bin in our room, but it was no big deal (and we never asked for one). The surroundings around the beautiful hotel were very dark, but this seems to be typical in Poland.

Basniowa is located nice and quiet in the forrest next to the river Bug. Friendly english speaking staff, spacious rooms, nice breakfast and restaurant ,ake tis a pleasant stay.

The personal was very helpfull and kind. Though we came to late and the kitchen was almost close, they made their best to arrange a dinner for our company. And all the courses that we ordered for a dinner or lunch were very tasty. There is a big parking.

I was affraid the place will be of kitsch and plastic. But no - it is tastefully decorated. Real flowers and plants. Very calm, its own little park. In residential area - not much around, but you do not need that either. Excellent dinner indeed. Good value for money. Real highlight of our stay. Staff while broken in English, tries its best. Breakfast individually served, but not that impressive as dinner. Spacious room, good wifi, good shower, enough of parking. Overall - worth the extra euros paid when need to stay in area.

It might be issue of taste, but bed was far too soft. Had impression that matrasse had seen their best days long ago... Sound isolation weak. Could hear neighbour snooring. But this seems not be a party hotel.

The lights; A window with a milky glass pane between bathroom and the rest of the room? Why? Who comes up with such stupid ideas? Ever needed to go to toilet in the night? And maybe wnt to show some consideration and not light up the bedroom to wake up your partner? Similarly the bedlights might fit in a surgery-room or at a dentist, where you need bright illumination...in a bedroom?

It is a good place if you are driving by car, on the outskirts of town, it is a big property with a garden, and it is safe to park a vehicle for the night. I would stay there again.

This is a cozy mansion-like place with lovely atmosphere, very nicely decorated and clean place. There were even mosquito nets on windows ☀️

There is only one downside - if you happen to have noisy neighbours, the walls are thin and you could hear them too well.

Location, surrounding air withe pine-trees. River is in very short walk distance. Stuff is very friendly. There are facilities to enjoy life, but I stayed only over-night.

It was all great. But the kitchen closed too earlier for me. Bar was working though.
