Loved the cosy feel to the hotel, as the staff were so welcoming, friendly, and helpful. I felt at home. Everything was clean and stylish, there is alot of natural light in the hotel. The room was a good size with a view to the mountains, large showers. The best was the bed, so comfortable - I slept like a baby! The breakfast was filling and delicious, and the coffee. There is a sufficiently equipped gym which was great. In the summer there is a rooftop pool, which was not open now, but I would come back for that! In terms of the location, it is very close to the sea which I love. You also have easy access to alot of restaurants, paragliding, shopping in Kaslik, as well as landmark locations in the North, with the historic seaside cities of Byblos and Batroun about a 20 - 30 minute drive, and the casino and Harissa some 10 min away. You can even walk to the cable car that takes you up the mountain to the Lady of Lebanon to have a spectacular view. Beirut is about 20 minutes away, so the location is ideal. I will come back with more time to explore.

One of my best hotel stays. The romantic suite was perfect for me and my wife, and we really appreciated the complimentary in-room decoration — a thoughtful touch. For value for money, it’s hard to beat. The staff were incredibly friendly, polite, and helpful, which really made our stay. The rooftop pool is one of the nicest I’ve seen, with a stunning sea view. The food was delicious and beautifully presented, especially the burgers. We’ll definitely be coming back.

Everything was perfect

Mostly the wonderful way of the communication by the hotel staff and management, especially Mrs. Azar, Mr. Fadi, the beautiful ladies in the reception , Rita and Ramla, Rami and the best shisha maker Muhannad in the restaurant service, Not to forget Housekeeping Service Mrs. Sameera and the pool that overlooks a wonderful view from the rooftop.

Princessa hotel is located at the heart of the magnificent bay of Jounieh. The sea view in the morning was the best way to wake up. On another note, the staff was highly professional, multilingual and made sure everything was in order.

Nothing to say here except the fact that I usually wake up late so I missed the breakfast. It would be great if they could extend the breakfast time till noon.

The location is perfect with Gorgeous sea and Mountain views. Room was spotless, comfortable and well equipped. Not to mention aswell the rooftop pool was amazing. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from Mohannad at room service to Sleiman at reception Great food, and great ambiance will definitely be come back.

Lovely romantic suite with a private jacuzzi. The rooftop bar and infinity pool were awesome and the location is also excellent (next to the ocean, walking distance to the teleferique, and a short taxi ride to Casino du Liban). Do note that not all of the romantic suites have a sea or mountain view - ours was mostly a view of the city, which was still nice. Overall our stay at Princessa was just what we were looking for. The room was spotless and the AC, water pressure, etc. were great.

First time booking at Princessa Hotel and will definitely be back ! The staff are very friendly, the rooms are clean, and the service was on point. the rooftop pool is just as beautiful as it looks in the pictures, if not better in real life. Highly recommend and thank you for the amazing stay!

I stayed 5 days and thoroughly recommend this hotel: My room was quite large, very comfortable and immaculate. I'm very particular about this last point and found everything spotless and impeccable. I had a sea view which I recommend particularly because there's a paragliding landing pad opposite and it's both beautiful and relaxing to watch them circle past against the blue sky. It's also lovely to hear the sea at night. The staff are brilliant and go out of their way to help and most speak several languages. The breakfast included is for kings: eggs, fresh salads, local cheeses, hummus, fresh juices etc... healthy and enough to keep you going until the evening. I travelled alone and felt perfectly safe at all times; it's a straightforward ride from the airport and a great location to access different parts of Lebanon. I liked not being in Beirut itself as it can be a bit intense but Princessa is close enough to go in whenever. Wifi was great and consistent during my stay.

I loved everything - Firstly they upgraded me to a sea view room which was stunning. The friendly staff who made us feel right at home. The food was delicious and the pool area was peaceful and relaxing. I can’t wait to come back! Thank you Princessa Hotel and keep it up
