Great location very close to all the restaurants in the city centre. Nice swimming pool. Easy check in. Kind staff. Comfortable bed. Clean property. Reasonable breakfast.

As the night was quite hot had to turn the air con on and room only has a very fine linen. Make available in the room maybe a fine blanket so can have the room with better temperature and a comfortable night of sleep.

The location is excellent in the center of town with restaurant options at a couple of blocks. Breakfast was very good. There is parking within the property. The staff were very friendly and cooperative. There is a Tourism Agency within the hotel lobby to help you arrange tours.

There is no light other than the ceiling light. A night table light would be very useful. The room lock uses a regular key attached to a rather large piece of wood and this contraption has to be inserted into a slot to have the lights turn on. This is obsolete and very impractical.

Great location, easy check in and good value. Gladson is really friendly and has fantastic English. Gave us some good pointers.

Not enough plugs in the room. Little tight for 2 adults and luggage. Sockets go off when you exit the room so charging things was an issue.

Rooms were clean and good value with great breakfast. we met a guy working there called Gladson who was the most amazing and helpful guy we don’t speak Portuguese so he really helped us with our bookings of trips and buses. Such a friendly guy and so good at his job.

The location is perfect and the style of the property..

I was told the swimming pool would be cleaned 3 times ,this didn't happen, as was the main reason for booking this hotel.

great breakfast. rooms were cool with ac and comfortable and clean. coffee available in the kitchen area. hot water in the shower. great location.

not enough hooks to hang wet clothes and towels. one day I room wasn’t cleaned but they did it in the afternoon
