Staff was very friendly and accommodating. I had an issue with the first room and they were very quick to respond to the issue and offered me a different room also on the floor level. Breakfast was available every day with plenty of fresh coffee, fruit and a panini press. I also appreciated the hammocks outside the rooms, great for reading.

The pool was big and in the sun, but could have used some more cleaning on the surface. The water was great but there was a lot of tree debris floating, such a leaves. Also a few bugs, but otherwise fine.

The location is great, accomodation was cheap but clean and we had everything we needed. We could enjoy the pool in our down time, and otherwise relax in our very clean and air conditioned room. Easy walk into town in under 10 mins. Great breakfast included Really thought it was great value for money.

Shared kitchen area isn’t ideal (no fridge in your room) but it didn’t really cause any issues for us

The hotel is in the very center of Bonito, clean and comfortable. Tasty breakfest. Really friendly owner.

Thin walls - every day I was awakened by sounds from the other rooms and from patio.

The staff were super nice and the location was great

Booking.com said there would be no deposit, but then the staff messaged me by WhatsApp before our stay and said there is a 50% deposit or they would cancel by reservation (how I am supposed to know that wasn't a spam #?). It would NOT have been possible to pay if I wasn't accompanied with a Brazilian who had local bank account. The walls were also extremely thin (the neighbors were four people that were super loud) and there were no sheets on the bed, only a cover. The toilet was also broken + did not flush. For the price we paid, I expected to atleast having a working bathroom.

The room was just how we expected it for this price, everything was good and clean. They even have a kitchen and a few comfortable chairs and hammocks.

I don't know why they call themselves 'Eco Suites', the hostel might be econimical, but I certainly didn't notice anything ecological. The breakfast is all meat and milk products, and the owner wasn't ready to give us a reduction because we couldn't even eat 10% from their breakfast buffet as vegans. Apart from that we didn't feel treated well by the owner in general.
