It is a wonderful cosy place very close to citycenter. Nice breakfast with a lot of choice. Amazing staff, the owner Maria is a beautiful warm and sincere person who we felt as a friend since we arrived :). We accidentally left quite a large amount of cash in the room and left for Sao Paulo, and when we discovered the money missing the next day, it was still in the hotel and we got everything back! Warmly recommend this place to anyone, it will add a lot to your Bonito experience.

Very special thanks for the exceptionally friendly behavior! We came in the morning, after traveling until 4 a.m., and even though the breakfast time was over, we were invited for a coffee and breakfast! Also, the weather was so bad, and we borrowed a raincoat, which was nice. All the ladies were very friendly and customer-oriented. The room was very clean.

Room itself was clean and comfortable.

Room given was next to lounge/bar. Guest were hanging around and could be heard. Fortunately, because of rain they were not always there and not until too late. Breakfast, not to Brazilian standards. The bread and some fruits were bad.

At first I was not fond of the location but then we checked in and saw the room and the place and it was not bad at all! Friend desk was super helpful and everyone friendly. It was a good stay for two night and rooms were clean and nice.

The location and how dark it was at night time, didn’t seem to be in a really good area.

Super friendly staff, extremely helpful and professional. Good and regular cleaning. Well organised breakfast with cold, warm and sweet options. The location (10 - 15 minutes walking from the centrum) was a plus for us, so we could stretch our legs after dinner. For other people it would maybe be a little bit too far. Clean and well maintained pool. Maria is a very friendly host and Dani from the Agencia goes beyond to help you organise tours.

Water pressure (shower) was not enough to wash our hairs / take a nice shower. Probably not in every room like this. It didn’t bother us so much, so we didn’t address it to the staff - they would have taken care of the problem for sure 👍🏼.
