Friendliness of the staff, willingness to help in every way. The facility itself—our room, the dining room and central outdoor room—with hammocks and shade, the pools, especially the indoor pool, having towels available, the beauty of the landscaping and the signs identifying birds and trees. The quiet of the area. Great breakfast, having tea available in the afternoon, the area for reading inside. Having the agency right on the grounds, with excellent agents for booking activities, and making changes when I asked, including finding a guide who spoke English.

We enjoyed our stay very much! Everything was absolutely wonderful. The breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of foods. The pool area was clean. The grounds were lush and tropical. It was convenient to have a tourism company on site. We would highly recommend this place.

2 small things - 1. it is located a bit far from the town center so it is better to stay here if you are renting a car. 2 some rooms are with a shared door so you hear everything that is going on in the other room (we had this issue in our room and also another issue but the staff was helpful and moved us to a better room for the second night)

it was super helpful to have the tour company on site. In Bonito, you must book everything through a tour company. The outdoor pool was great, and the breakfast was very good too.

The indoor pool seemed a little murky.

The hotel was a little bit of a walk to the town centre. We didn't have any furniture on our balcony to sit outside. Of course I'm sure if we had asked they would have given us some.

The overall experience was very good. The beds are comfy, breakfast is good, friendly staff. And a tour agency is present on the premises.

The swimming pool is not suitable for swimming, but perfect for cooling down.

We loved staying at this hotel. It was perfect for what we needed. The staff were friendly, the breakfast was good and the pool areas were great. The added bonus was the indoor pool and games area.
